Ugumori is definitely someone you can make friends with easily. Ugumori is really bubbly and caring, much like Ochaco. He puts others first most of the time and is always trying to cheer his friends up. Ugumori can be a bit straightforward though and will apologize if he thinks he hurt their feelings.

In addition, Ugumori is actually pretty smart, being among the top 5 in intelligence in his class. However, that's thanks to Okumara helping him study. When provoked, he can also be very witty and is prone to make snarky remarks without remorse or hesitation, much to Okumara's displeasure.
