Matsuda is a really bouncy and energetic person. She's very sociable and normally tries to be friend anyone she sees. But don't let her cutesy exterior fool you. She is sweet but psycho. In fact, she has most of her mother's personality. Generally, she is normally sweet and kind and if she likes you, you won't get hurt. However, if you make her angry and she's still smiling? They won't find your body. However, while Matsuda admittedly has a bloodlust like Toga, she can control herself and won't hurt anyone unless she needs to.
