Ryoko is a rather shy and timid individual. She isn't stuttery like Hasumi is but she tends to be really quiet. Of course, this isn't all of her personality. Around her friends and people like Hiyama, Ryoko tends to come off as really sweet and bubbly. Honestly, she's probably one of the sweetest villains you'll meet. That is of course, unless you get on her bad side.

Despite her usually timidity, Ryoko is a very skilled fighter and uses her quirk accordingly. Think of her like Mei Rin from Black Butler. In fact, she can be just as clumsy sometimes. Around someone she likes, she'll act almost completely out of character, smiling and acting very energetic. However, her father instilled the fear of romantic love into her so if she feels she's catching romantic feelings, she'll become panicked and quickly try to distance herself.
