Hagisaki is a relatively sweet guy. Sometimes, he comes off as a big sweetheart but other times, he can come off as a big flirt. He is a very bubbly person, even when you first meet him. He doesn't seem to take insults to heart, normally laughing them off or taking them as ways to improve, as was shown when Shimazaki pointed out the flaws of his quirk.

Hagisaki is very protective of those who he cares about, going to any length to make sure nothing happens to them. He can also be kind of ditzy at times, having to ask around about what something meant. And normally, it's something simple to understand. But don't let this fool you. He's smart, only Shimazaki being higher than him grade wise.
