Chapter 16: Lady the Seductress

As we had reached back the van we saw a woman sitting in a blanket wrapped around her which I could tell she was totally nude. She glanced towards our direction as into ex that both Nero's were gone as well as Lucien. King was leaning against the van outside. Only Nico and Tori were hanging inside. "So you finally made it back V2. What took you so long?" Nico asked.

"Had to catch up with this one. His other side was running rampant," He replied. "And it's not V2. It's Victor. Got it?"

"Sure V2," Nico saluted to him while he just sighed in exasperation. "I take it you heard of Lady here? She is a friend of Dante and Trish."

"What's up," She finally said. "I didn't know there were twin brothers for another realm named Dante and Vergil. But now I see you and the other guy, Kyle is it? You guys are total twins."

"Yeah I figured that when I saw him," I replied bluntly. "He's an annoying twin. Don't get mad King. You started off that way."

"Yet you seem to annoy me a lot and we aren't twins," Victor butted in. "Perhaps you should remind yourself that it's a sibling thing."

"So your name is Reimar right?" Lady asked, giving me a raised eyelash.

"That's my family name. I prefer Ramier. As I said to these guys before some years back. Reimar is oldfashioned."

"Yet it's kinda hot once you listen to it more and say it," Lady smirked. "It gives off an exotic sound to it. I like it. Can I still say it?"

"Seeing as you are going to anyway," I sighed shrugging afterwards. "So where is Nero and Lucien?"

"Went away to go take down some more Qlippoth Roots, although I don't trust V." She responded.

"Yeah tell me about it." Victor replied. "However I noticed something brother. Cain only comes out when Alessa is put as if he's drawn to her. Yet from Kyle here told me, he retracted from the external world when he met him. So there is a reason why he doesn't engage."

"It's because I refuse to let him keep doing destructive shit, especially since it's not necessary," I replied. "However it doesn't mean he isn't foolish. He's got something planned, I just don't know what."

"So what do you suggest? We let you and him do whatever? We already know where that went." King asked. "I would just tie you up. Call it a fucking day."

"What a sleaze ball you are Kyle me boy," Victor butted in. "You can't do it with you eyes closed. Cain would eat you alive like it was nothing. What makes you think the time you engaged in battle with Reimar, that he was going full scale. He wasn't. Reimar wanted our, and Cain obliged. He was afraid or even weaker than you."

"You two calm down the testosterone," Tori said, coming right between them both. "Like give it a rest. Ramier. Why is Cain so active now, and why does he see us, your immediate family as  a threat?"

"He doesn't give a shit about anyone," I replied. "He's seeing anyone as his immediate threat. He wants to destroy everything. He wants to be top dog. Although he doesn't like you V."

Got that right. I hate his fucking guts. Fucking prick.

I silenced Cain shortly, but I still knew how he felt with V. It was a matter of time before he got stupid and decided to go after him, and Urizen in the long run. "Anyway shall we decide something in regards to Urizen?"

"We already have a movement of action," V said. "However we need to control our patterns so as to not arouse suspicion with Vergil and the other V. It's imperative."

"Vergil?" Lady said. "He's dead."

"No he isn't," I replied. "He's been our face the whole time. We just never seen the truth of it all, or even wanted it to be so. We'd ether get going and find Dante, and Nero. Let's go."

I hopped out the van, while King remained behind. "I'll stay back, watch the ladies. You and V2 head on out."

"Fuck this," Roni replied. "I'm coming too."

"Roni no," Victor said, placing a hand on her shoulder. He glanced into her eyes. "You and Cain are triggers to each other. While Alessa is more conducive, Cain isn't. He's halfheartedly not going to along with his own plan as he's keeping an eye on who to use and abuse to get closer."

Roni glanced at me with a raised eyebrow, which I shrugged. She sighed and shut the door in our face. I glanced at Victor. "Nice going brother. You officially suck at reading women. I thought you knew better."

"Hey Reimar?"  He asked.

"Yeah?"

"Shut the fuck up." He snapped.
