Hyunjin sat in Jeongin's room, watching as the clock ticked. He was waiting for the next person to come in so he could get some rest.
He heard footsteps coming closer a second after he started to zone out. The door to the room opened. It was Changbin.
Hyunjin let out a sigh, "speak of the devil." He got up and slowly walked close to the door as Changbin took his spot.
"Anything happen?" Changbin asked.
"Nothing out of the ordinary. He's still breathing so" Hyunjin shrugged. "Of course I'm still worried though".
"He should have been taken to the hospital." Changbin spit out.
"You know we can't do that. We're flat broke and I'm sure they would have our heads because Jeongin defied an officer." Hyunjin snapped back. "We need to lay low for a while."
"And what happens if he doesn't make it. What happens if someone notices he stops breathing, or he starts shaking or something like that? What then." Changbin glared over at Jeongin. He couldn't bear to lose him. They were the closest out of all of them.
"Then we take him. Until then, we lay low. Got it?" Hyunjin turned around.
Changbin scoffed, "yeah like you're one to boss me around."
Changbin walked out of the room. Jeongin was tearing them apart. He wasn't doing anything himself, but just the thought of losing him was too much for anyone to bear. Because of it, everyone was taking it out on each other. He took a seat in the chair next to Jeongin and sat there.
"God you really just had to save that dumb kid didn't you?" Changbin laughed as tears filled his eyes. He couldn't lose Jeongin.

Hours had flown by and Changbin was close to falling asleep. He switched places with Seungmin and walked out of the room, not saying a word. When he stepped into the living room, everything seemed like it was back to normal. No one was focusing on the Jeongin situation. They were all... happy?
"What...?" Changbin started.
"Oh Changbin you're back! Everything all right with Jeongin?" Minho asked.
"He's fine, but are you guys?" Changbin asked.
Felix laughed, "yeah we're good mate. Why wouldn't we be?"
"Oh I don't know, our brother is dying??" Changbin stated, "whatever you all are crazy."
He decided to just enjoy the moment. It was nice to take everyone's minds off of the situation for a little while. Everything was just about normal for a while.
