Fighting Amy

After the match was over I flew back to the grassy training field.

I still couldn't figure out why Lilly would just give up like that.

We were right at the best part of the fight, and she just gave up.

Just then a girl showed up at the other end of the training field, floating up above the grass.
I flew up next to her.

"Hi I'm Amy! Wanna fight?" She asked me.

"Sure my name is-"

"I know who you are Pyrite. You're the guy who executed Majin Suu, right?" She interrupted.

"I didn't execute her I just accidentally killed her." I said.

"Sure, sure let's just get this fight goin already." She said enthusiastically.

We got into our fighting stances.

She rushed toward me throwing an onslaught of punches and kicks.

I easily dodged. I punched her in the stomach making her cough up spit. Then I grabbed her throat with my tail, lifting her up eye to eye with me. "This fight is going to be too easy." I said looking into her eyes. I threw her to the ground. "Is that it? I'm kind of disappointed." I said.

She stood up again. "Haaaaaaaaaaaaa!" She yelled. Her hair changed from bright red to bright yellow. "Sorry to disappoint you, but I was just getting warmed up." Amy said. She had gone and turned into a super saiyan.

I clapped my hands. "Well done. Now let's get back to it!" I said excitedly.

She vanished in front of me punching me squarely in the jaw.

"Death beam!" I yelled blasting her though the chest. "Death wave!" I said following it up.

She vanished behind me and blasted me in the back. "galick Gun!" She yelled as I crashed into the ground.

I got back up and sped back to her as fast as I could slamming my fist into her face. I followed it with a kick to the stomach and smashed my tail against her skull sending her flying into the ground. I floated down to the ground a few steps away from her. I blasted her with a regular ki blast.

She deflected it. She threw a ki blast at me but I dodged it.

It blasted a huge hole in the ground behind me.

She prepared another galick gun.

I stood there as she charged it up.

"If you're not even going to bother to dodge then I'll kill you!" She yelled. I kept standing there watching as she charged up her galick gun. "Super galick gun!" Amy yelled blasting the ki wave at me.

I formed another death spear in my hand and flung it like a javelin into her galick gun.

It split through her attack like scissors though paper, and blew up in her face making an explosion.

I felt her power level increase even more as the smoke was starting to clear.

"This is super saiyan two!" Amy yelled dramatically.

"I don't care how many transformations you go through, I won't let you destroy me!" I yelled at her.

We were both we on the offensive, perfectly matching each other's punches and kicks. Until I got the upper hand.

I punched her twice in the face, then the stomach.

After that she kicked me in the gut and tried to punch me in the face.

I vanished behind her slapping her head with my tail.

She turned around kicking at my head.

I blocked it.

Amy retreated. "Haaaaaaaa!" She yelled. Her hair grew extra long down to her waist. "This, Pyrite, is super saiyan three." Amy said. She got into the pose for another galick gun. "Let's see if you can withstand a super galick gun from super saiyan three." She said straining herself.

I pointed towards the sky and prepared a small ball at my fingertip. I slowly expanded it until it eventually turned into a ball as big as I was.

"Super galick gun!" Amy yelled firing her move.

"Death ball!" I yelled flinging my ki ball.

They collided shaking the ground on impact. My ball was slowly being pushed back by the massive amount of power coming from the galick gun.

"Kaioken!" I yelled powering up. Now our two moves were evenly pushing against each other. "Kaioken times three!" I yelled going even further. My death ball slowly started to shred through her galick gun.

Right when it was about to touch her the force from our two moves exploded sending us both flying into the ground.

I was at my limit, and my kaioken had worn off too. I looked over at Amy.

She was lying in the grass a few feet away powered down as well.

"So I guess it's a tie." I said weakly to Amy.

"Yea, I guess so." She responded.

Just then Berserker showed up. "Aw man I missed all the fun!" He shouted angrily. He put a green pill in my hand, and gave one to Amy too.

I quickly swallowed it and got back up. Even though I took the pill my body was still really sore from the kaioken. 'Maybe this technique just isn't for me.' I thought to myself. 

"Hey Pyrite how did your fight with Lilly go?" Berserker asked.

"She forfeit for some reason, right at the best part." I answered. Maybe she had gotten tired like I did from overusing the technique.

We all trained some more the way that Berserker trains.

I didn't use the kaioken. I used my own energy at max power, which was really hard to maintain.

After that we practiced walking around at full power and doing basic things like dodging and shooting.

"Pyrite, next time we fight I swear I'll beat you." Amy said.

"Not if I beat you first." I joked.

"Please, I'll defeat both of you at the same time." Berserker said.

We all laughed and after we got done training, left for the third round of the Tournament.
