"BOOM! CRACKLE! CRASH!" Lightning smashed and illuminated the skyline of the midnight sky. The windows squeaked as their hinges struggled against the monstrous wind. The door that was oh so blue looked haunted as the lighting lit up the windows. "BANG! BANG! BANG!" Someone or, possibly something was banging on the door. It's hinges threatened to give at the force. Raven drowsily dragged herself over to the door. Her pale fingers wrapped around the silver door knob and twisted it open. The door swung open and hit against the wall with a crash. A small girl with long white hair jumped on to Raven and wrapped her arm tightly around her. "RAVEN!! I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!" She yelled. Raven staggered back but once she regained her balance she returned the hug. "Hello Tae, it's nice to see you again. Despite the tragic circumstances." Raven said with a smile. "Ok girls, we get that it's a great reunion and all but we should get started." said a tall figure stepping through the doorway. "You're such a party pooper babe. What's wrong with me hugging my best friend?" Tae said, squeezing Raven's thin waist tighter. "Yeah bro you're so boring sometimes." said another figure coming inside. "Oh yeah, then how am I the one who's still not a fucking virgin?" Devin retorted. "At least I can keep it in my pants." Jasper snapped. "Haha you guys are such children." Raven laughed sweetly. "Anyway, I called you guys here for a reason. As you know Juuzou has been hunting us down for the past couple months. While you guys were working to hunt down psychotic ghouls Spider and I have been trying to get Juuzou to lose interest. However, our efforts to lose him were in vain and now he has tracked us down. I've already planned where we are going to confront him. Since the main plot from the first and second anime seasons has already happened and there have been no signs showing that the story will continue though the manga. It's safe to assume that he will come alone. Also, his parter is in the hospital right now and he isn't very close with the other investigators." Raven said coolly as she walked over and sat on the couch. "So, then where will it happen?" Tae asked as she sat down next to her. "Did you guys happen to see that large office building a couple blocks from here?" she asked. "Yeah of course we did. It's fucking huge." Jasper replied. "Ok well it's going to happen there. On the roof of that building. I don't know why but I have this hunch that something is going to happen up there that could possibly get us home." Raven said as she glanced at her friends' faces. They all looked at her questioningly. "A hunch? You're placing all of us at rink because of a hunch?!" Jasper yelled, blowing a fuse. Raven looked at him blankly and said, "yes. It's not you've got any better ideas."
They all sat there in silence thinking about what lies before them. They knew they couldn't kill Juuzou but they also knew that he was determined to kill them. The tension was continuing to grow in the quiet. They all looked at each other and listened to the storm that viscously howled outside. Finally, Raven let out a sigh and leaned her head against the couch. Then suddenly, cold hands wrapped themselves around her and pulled her close. "Why do you look so sad? You know how I get when you're sad." Raven glanced up to see Spider looking down at her with concern. "I'm fine, just a little nervous, I guess." she said calmly. "You have no reason to be nervous. Nothing can possibly beat you. You're my soul mate so there's no way I'll let you get hurt." he said with immense confidence. "Well of course. Soul mates should protect each other, am I right?" Raven said looking up at him. "Awww my little Raven! You're so sweet! I could just eat you! I bet you'd taste delicious!" Spider said as he pulled her closer. "I bet I would." she said with a laugh. "Hey! Don't touch her! You psycho!" Tae yelled. Spider glared at her and turned to Raven. He glanced back at Tae and slowly licked the side of Raven's face. Tae gasped angrily and looked at him with disgust. "Why do you hate him so much? You should pay more attention to me." Devin said as he grabbed her waist and pulled her into him. "Eww just get a room. You guys are just trying to rub it in." Jasper said with annoyance. "Yeah, yeah whatever. Anyway, how are the boys doing? Are they sleeping well?" Raven asked, her chin up, looking at Spider. "Yeah, they're sounds asleep." He replied.  Raven let out a deep sigh, "that's good. We'll need to make sure they're able to hide while we face Juuzou." she said, nervously biting her lip. "It'll be fine. Don't worry about it." Spider said trying to ease her nerves.
