It's been 2 months since I broke up with Taehyung, and the news had already gotten on the same day so I wasn't surprised. But to be completely honest I had changed because of the break-up, and for the better at that.
I was respected more and people stopped trying to bully me. But now I'm not worried about Taehyung and Lisa, I'm actually pretty happy for them now that they're back together.
It was the middle of the school day and I was walking to music with Wendy and Seulgi.
"Hey girls, did you hear about the new kid coming to school today," she tells us excitedly, " No, enlighten us about the new kid," I say sarcastically. "Well his name is Woo Da hwan, and he's super cute," she tells us in a sing-song voice, she then shows a picture of him on her phone

Wendy and I both look at the picture of the boy, "Oh, he is really cute," Wendy said surprised, fanning herself.
I just roll my eyes and we continue to walk into class. When we entered the class our jaws dropped at the sight of the boy we were just talking about, " Well speak of the devil" I say, crossing my arms. The teacher then comes in and begins the class.
"Good afternoon class, it seems we have a new student. Can you please come up and introduce yourself" he then jesters the boy up to the front. "Hello, my name is Woo Da-hwan, please take care of me" he exclaims, bowing down in front of the class.
After that, the teacher begins the lesson.
As it was nearing the end the teacher made an announcement, "Ok class as you know the school festival is coming up. So our class will be performing."
The class then cheered happily, "Ok then, since you all are so excited, who will be performing?" The class then all pointed at Seulgi, Wendy, and me. I just stuck up the middle finger while sticking out my tongue, "Well, it's settled then. so you girls will be performing, but you need one more person", just then the bell rang and the class was over.
I say goodbye to the girls and go to gym class. I go into the locker room and put on a pair of black shorts and a t-shirt. After getting dressed I go to the gym and I wait for the teacher, as I was waiting I see the new kid Da hwan and my cousin Jimin talking with each other.
The teacher then comes out and tells us to do 12 laps around the gym, the whole class groans in frustration. As I was running the new kid came up to me. "Hi, I'm the new kid from music," he tells me, "I know who you are, I was in the classroom too. Anyway, my name is Soo-young" I say before running faster ahead of him.
Class ends and school is over. I start walking home until Da hwan runs up to me. "Hey, Soo-young wait up!" He screams, "What is it?" I asked, clearly annoyed.
"Well, I'm trying to make some friends and I wanted to see if you wanted to go get some ice cream?", He asked while scratching the back of his head. I was hesitant, and I didn't really want to, but whatever, what's the harm in. it? "You know what. Yes, I will", I could see a smile creep on his face, and I just rolled my eyes.
