Dallas

She ripped off her bloody gloves and leaned back, relaxing at the sight of his somewhat regular breathing pattern. She'd spent hours with Alessando and at three in the morning, she was finally able to sit down and take a breath. He was finally stable and even though she'd been more than six hours on her feet, Dallas could finally go and see Arturo. Greece was at her side the instant she stepped out of the room, "He's just over there."
Greece said as if she'd known what Dallas was going to say.

She burst through the doors to see Alejandro already in the room. Her eyes darted about Arturo's body, taking in his still unconscious figure. His face somewhat recognizable as she flew to her first aid kit.
"Has anyone looked at him?" She asked.
She saw Alejandro nod, "His bruises were wrapped and wounds stitched. All we can do now is wait until he gets up."

Dallas narrowed her eyes, as she went over to examine his head. She prayed that he wouldn't have a wound, then she could rule out a coma. She let out a relieved breath after seeing his smooth skull and sighed taking a seat in a nearby chair.
"I'll stay here the rest of the night." She said giving Alejandro a nod.
He came over and kissed her forehead, "Thank you for helping Alessando."

Dallas watched him quizzically, "Of course."
Alejandro nodded his head and left.
Dallas turned her attention to Arturo, her fingertips brushing against his cheek as she kissed his nose. The tears she'd been holding in finally escaped as she gripped his hand in hers. He was back and he was alive. And Dallas would rather take a hundred bullets than have to go through that again. She rested her head on the edge of his bed in the clinic and closed her eyes, sleep overtaking her.

She awoke the next morning to a hand petting her head. Her adrenaline suddenly spiked when she lifted her head and caught sight of familiar green eyes. She screamed and launched herself into his arms. Tears breaking from her eyes once more, she felt his arms wrap around her.
"Mio cuore," she let out an unattractive murmur at his voice.
"I missed you, I missed you so much!" She mumbled into his chest that she was now crushing.

Realizing her position, she instantly flew off to give him room to breathe. He still needed to heal, she watched his lips give her a small smile before she kissed both his cheeks multiple times before pressing her lips to his ever so gently.
"I missed you more," His voice was stiff from dehydration.
She brought a glass of water to his lips and he drank it down easily.
"How are you feeling?"

He winced when he tried to move his shoulders, "Sore."
Dallas nodded as she stood up to administer medication to his injuries. She'd texted Greece the good news and soon Allegro, Alejandro and Greece scrambled through the door. Allegro's smiled grew as he encased Arturo in his arms.
"Sono così sollevato che tu sia a casa'
(I'm so relieved that you're home)

Arturo nodded before Alejandro leaned down and whispered something for him to hear which made him smile. Dallas saw Greece smile, a little teary eyed by it all as she kissed his forehead, "I'm glad you're okay, Arturo,"
Dallas watched curiously as Arturo took in the people in the room, his eyes seemed to be searching for someone and when he couldn't locate him, Dallas saw him frown.

"Where's Alessando?"
"Is he still mad? Tell him I'm sorry, tell him I'll make it up to him!"
Dallas went over and put a hand on his to calm him down, looking at Allegro as if asking who should tell him. Allegro sighed, "Alessando was shot fratello" (brother)
Dallas couldn't recognize the look on Arturo's face, "When we were meeting with Yakov...."

Arturo suddenly cut him off, "How? Yakov only said they'd exchange me for the money? Did they go back on their word?"
Alejandro shook his head jumping in, "Yakov didn't make the first move, Alessando did."
Arturo's mouth fell open, "What? Why would he—"
"It hurt him to see you like that, so he lifted his gun and shot someone in turn he earned three bullets of his own." Alejandro finished.
"Is he okay? I need to see him!"

Dallas placed her hand to his shoulder, "Oh no you don't!"
Arturo gave her a pleading look, "At least tell me is he okay?"
Dallas nodded, "He's stable, but I still need to monitor him throughout the day."
Arturo nodded at her, "Yakov isn't going to take this lightly," Arturo muttered.
Dallas heard Allegro sigh, "he's declared war."

Dallas' eyes visibly widened, this was news to her and Greece seemed to be mirroring the same expression. Arturo nodded, "I'd expect as much."
"What happens now then?"
Allegro took a rough stance, "There will be some strict rules for everyone to follow to ensure their safety."
"We'll need to discuss it separately," Alejandro muttered giving Allegro an eye.

Dallas lifted a brow but said nothing and turned to Greece who was giving her a look. Shortly after, both Greece and Dallas met a little outside, "What are they going to do?" Dallas asked worriedly.
Greece crossed her arms, "Knowing Allegro, he's going to want to go on the offensive. He won't want to wait for Yakov to strike."
Dallas gulped, "You think they're planning an attack?"
Greece scoffed, "Why else would Alejandro hint to discuss something without us."

Dallas sighed, "I guess I should go to the gym after I check on Alessando,"
Greece nodded, "I'll meet you there."
Dallas bit her lip, she had a bad feeling about the next few weeks, she just hoped that they'd make it out alive.
