Killua's P.O.V
The fuck did this kid just say? Hmm. No. No thanks. I look into his eyes and pour my heart into the words I say, "Gon... You are truly... An idiot." I pull my hands away and curve my index and middle finger on both hands, connecting them to create a heart.
He stands up defensivel, "Are you mad?" He asks. I spin around and take ahold of his hands, pulling him closer. I lean down the slightest, and whisper, "We need to go eat. I'm not mad. Get off of me. I'm hot."
"You're the one who put me in this position," He mumbled while yanking his arms back.
"You wouldn't listen to me if it were different, stupid." He nods in agreement.
He walks out of the bathroom and into the kitchen. I follow him. We pull out stools so we can rest on them. I smile to myself when I see that Alluka is helping Mito.
Mito and Alluka walk over to the table and place the food atop it. I glanced over it in awe. There was such a variety. I don't think I could eat all of this even if I was starving.
My only question is, how did Mito manage to make all of this so fast?
I had decided that it didn't matter because... Well, it didn't. Gon holds his hands in a clasp, saying grace, then starts digging in. I then chow down as well. Taking a moment to glance over at Gon.
This fat ass is almost finished with his breakfast, the fuck.
I couldn't help but tease him. "Damn Gon. Where did all of your food go? It's like it never existed." I snicker to myself and take a bite out of a waffle.
Mito raises her hand disagreeingly, but Gon stops her. "I got this. Killua, watch your fucking language," He says, giggling in between words. I mock him with my hands.
Mito stares at us with an unhinged jaw. She opens her mouth like she has something on her mind, but retreats and continues to eat.
Once I finished my plate, I dragged it over to the sink and washed it. Setting it on the drying rack. Gon repeated the process with his own plate. We walked back over to our seats and sat. In silence.
Gon was the one to break the silence. "Wanna go on a walk?" With nothing better to do, I nodded my head in a silent agreement.
Mito allowed us to leave the house with a condition that we didn't get lost. I didn't really understand why she would tell us not to get lost after walking through the forest once before, but I assured her that we wouldn't get lost regardless.
Before I walked out the door, I turned to Alluka. "Do you want to come with us?" She looked at me with raised eyebrows and a smirk on her, exclaiming she would rather spend her time with Mito. She's trying to play match maker. I exit the room with a wave, "Whatever."
I find Gon sitting on the porch with his knees to his chest. He looked like a girl who got stood up on a date. I slung my hand onto his back. "Stop slacking! Lets go."
He looks at me in question, "But, I was waiting for you?.."
I tap my chin. "Oh... Sucks. Let's go, slacker." Ending with a shrug. We walk through the forest, and into the familiar grounds of the cliff. We sat by the fire pit we made the last time we visited here, gazing into the blue horizon.
I lied down and crossed my arms behind my head, propping my head up so I could see the sky comfortably. I zoned out for a moment before being thrown back into reality, screaming at Gon, "Hey, Gon!?"
He jumped, just to turn to me and say, "What?"
I stood up, agitated. Stomping my way over to this cute ball of idiocy, leaned closer to his face. Noting how his eyes weren't an onyx color like I once thought, but a golden honey color. I placed my hands on his pink-tinted cheeks. "Are you okay Gon?"
He treated me the same way, staring at me. I felt heat rise to my cheeks due to my self-conscience personality. To add more flame to the fire, he wrapped his arms around my waist and nuzzled into my neck. I stayed paralyzed.
I was betting on him staying mute the whole time because because he's quirky like that. He leaned forward on his crossed legs, and buried his face into my chest. "Date me, please."
I stopped all thought. It was short. But did that even matter? "Is that all you have to say?" I asked him.
He nodded his head.
"Damn, you're such a weirdo." I chuckled. Then began to fix my previous mistake, "Yeah, I'll go out with you." I began to pat his back awkwardly. A stiff arm pat surely would help anyone.
I began to think about random subjects like one does.
Gon was the first person who had given me insight on what a life worth living was like. He's like gambling– addictive. If someone ever tried to take him away from me, I'd kill them.
Suddenl, he stood up, bringing me with him and picking me up bride style. Something then and there just clicked.
I was so pissed off at him for treating me like a woman that I unwrapped my arms from around him, knocked him upside the head, and hopped down from his arms. Landing gracefully on the floor, where I should've fucking stayed. "Oww," He claimed, rubbing his head in pain.
"Do that again and I'll give you what you deserve." I threatened, raising my fist.
After I got a grip, Gon asked if I wanted to go swimming. I said yes. I had no reason to say no.
