Gon's P.O.V (not sure if I'll ever switch up the point of view's but whatever)
I stretched and yawned loudly as I looked at the time. Hey! It wasn't as early as yesterday when I woke up! It's only five right now! I internally applauded myself for my acheivement. Rubbing the left over sleep out of my eyes, I stood up and walked straight across the floor. Wait a second... Killua! I stopped right before I tripped over his body, one leg holding myself up while the other was over Killua's stomach.
"Oops," I whispered, feeling a little dumb. I walked away from Killua and sat back down on my bed.
I heard snickering and I glanced over in Killua's direction to see him in the same position, but having a stupid looking grin on his face and his laugh lines showing in his smile. "You've been awake this whole time!" I announced loudly, saying I knew he knew.
"Maybe I would still be alseep if it wasn't for your loud ass yawn, seriously! I'm sure Alluka and Mito are awake by now too!" He yelled. Then he started imitating my yawn, yelling in annoying pitches of his voice. "You sounded like a dying donkey, I mean it was like, Aahggehowaahwoo! Y'know?"
"I wish I did."
"Anyways, it was annoying and that's what woke me up, so deal with my horrible, horrible company," he put one hand over his heart, and the other on his forehead while leaning his head back, looking like a damsel in distress.
"Cute," I put a fake smile on my face and he looked up at me with a look that said 'you bet I am'.
"Hey, what time is it?" He turned towards the clock and screamed. "Five?! What the hell, Gon! I thought it was later! You woke me up this early?! I'm in a good mood this early? Wow."
I left him in his own bipolar mood to go rinse my face. Even as I walked farther and farther away I still heard him arguing with himself. Once I had made it into the bathroom, I turned on the water and waited for it to turn cold.
Usually people wait for the water to turn hot, but since it's so hot here, you have to wait for it to turn cold. When people who've never been here turn on the faucet thinking it's going to be cold, then yelping at the hotness, when I'm not in a good mood makes my day. Ahh, the times.
I checked the water temperature to see if it was cold and then leaned down to rinse off my face. While I was doing that Killua yelled, "Do you think that milk is really a cereal killer?"
"Milk is a serial killer? What do you mean? Who's milk?" I shouted back, you could hear the dumbness in my tone.
"No! Not a 'serial' killer. A 'cereal' killer, like the food, and milk is what goes with cereal..."
"Oh! I get it. Now it seems a lot funnier than I think it was meant to be," I pat dried my face and then went back into the room.
I opened my dresser and layed out the clothes that I was going to be wearing today. My designer black turtleneck tank top. My designer green shorts, and some designer boots. All made by Aunt Mito.
"How do you think Leorio and Kurapika are doing right now?" Killua let deep thought slip through his teeth.
I haven't thought about them in a while, jeez, it's probably been ten hours since I thought about them last. Man, I'm such a bad person. Sheepishly I said, "I-I don't know, wanna call them? You call Leorio and I'll call Kurapika!"
"Yeah, sure, okay."
I grabbed my phone and dialed in Kurapika's number, Killua grabbing his and dialing Leorio's. I heard the dial tone on both of our phones and the first one to answer was Leorio. "What's up, Killua? Gon okay?" Leorio's scratchy voice leaked through the phone.
"Hey! Rioleo! How's it been?"
"It's Leorio! How many times do I have to tell you this! Lay- o- ree- o! Leorio!"
"Yeah, yeah, Leorio, anyways how's it been?"
The sound of their voices drowned out when I heard the line on my side pick up and Kurapika's deep voice chimed through. "Hello?"
"Kurapika!" I shouted.
"Kurapika? Where?!" Leorio yelled. Killua had then put Leorio on speaker and told Leorio to say it again.
"Kurapika? Where? Like that?" He hesitated.
"Yeah, whatever." Killua facepalmed himself and then pinched the bridge of his nose.
"Leorio?" Kurapika asked. "Killua?" He hesitated.
"Kurapika?" Killua said.
"Gon!" I yelled, jumping up.
Laughter echoed through the room from both of the phones. "So, Gon and Killua. How have you guys been?" Leorio interrupted the laughter.
"We've been go-"
"You still haven't answered MY question, old man! What makes you think we're going to answer yours?!" Killua barged in, interrupting and corrupting the conversation.
"I don't need to answer yours! My answers going to be the same! I became a doctor! Nothing new!" Silence filled the room, replacing the yelling.
"You graduated?" Everyone asked, dumbfounded, even Kurapika.
"Y-yeah, I'm not dumb!"
"Mmm-hmm," Killua sassily stated.
"I heard that pipsqueak!"
"And what are you going to do about it?" Killua threatened, malice exiting his voice, but in a playful way.
"Kurapika! How about you how have you been?" I interrupted their lovely conversation before all hell broke loose.
"I'm good now that I'm able to hear how you guys have been doing. It doesn't seem like you guys have changed at all in the five years since we talked last." Kurapika sounded like a proud mother.
"Heeeyy..." All three of us groaned at once.
"Would you rather me say you've aged?"
"Okay, cut the sass, we get it." Killua waved his hand (the one not holding Leorio) , leaning his head back.
"You're one to talk..." I mumbled, crossing my arms.
We spent a long time talking, almost two hours, not realizing just how early in the morning it was. Have to admit though, I miss them a lot.
