A half-read book sits beside me as I was flipping over and over again, thinking about that kiss; my first kiss.

I actually kissed my best friend. My forever crush!!

"I know something happened between you and Vincent" Eva had a goofy smile as she sits beside me; followed by Carter

"What are you still doing here?" I asked Eva

"Oh, I thought I could spend some night with Carter" She shrugs as Carter's jaw dropped

"Do you seriously think I would say that?" I laughed which causes her to laugh too

"We didn't come here to actually discuss about me" Carter mumbled like a child

"Right" Eva nods her head and furrows her eyebrow inspecting my face, looking for a hint I guess

"You've gotta be kidding me" She mutters to herself.

"What? What happened?" Carter asked in a slightly quivering tone

"She kissed him" Eva mutters eyeing me and Carter

"You kissed him" She points at me, her eyes growing bigger by seconds

"WHAT?" Carter and I boomed at the same time

"You kissed Vincent, didn't you?" Eva eagerly asked

"Did you?" Carter looked curious as well

"Well, I didn't know how you found it but yes" I am so embarrassed right now.

"I knew it! That's why your face was flushing" Eva exclaimed

"I-I'll just go" Carter interrupts pointing at the door, and leave us alone as none of us replied to him

"So, are you a guys thing now?" Eva asked eagerly

"Did he asked you for a date?" She added

"NO. We just kissed for god's sake" I shook my head exasperatedly

"But he should"

"I don't know, Eva. What if he wouldn't?" I objected

"He will. I can see he clearly likes you. That's why he was beyond angry when those boys asked your number" Eva protested

"What if he was only protecting because he feels the need of protecting me? Like a friend should protect" I added

"You are such a dumbass, Alyssa West" Eva slumped down

"Shut up! For such a boys-hater you are quite an expert" I grinned at her

"I know right" She smirks

"Yeh, You should probably know by now that Carter also likes you" Now it was my time to smirk

"Why are you bringing him in?" She groaned burying her face in her hands

"You know that, didn't you?" I asked her ignoring her action

"Of course, I know that," She says defeatedly

"So? You also like him, don't you?" I raised my eyebrow

"I don't know. But I am scared of liking him.What if he only likes the idea of liking me? And then dump me after a while?" She muttered slowly

"Now you are being stupid. Trust me on this, he is not as bad as you think. I know him better than anyone else. People just don't think that we were meant to be twins. Just give him a chance." I reassured her.

"What should I do now?" She groans

"For starters try not to scare the poor boy off" I patted her shoulder while she scoffs muttering some curse words.

I heard a soft knock while I was busy snuggling my blankets. Thinking it was probably the wind I went back to sleep only to find out that my blanket was yanked from me. Before I could open my mouth to scream a large hand was pressed against it.

I glared at the man before me and bit him.

"OW" he yelled

"What in the hell are you trying to do Vincent?" I held a murderous glare

"I couldn't sleep that's why I came here" he grinned

"You came here because you couldn't sleep and thought that why not wake poor Alyssa" I exclaimed

"Yea-No. Nop" He quickly defended himself

"Can I sleep next to you?" He asked scratching his neck slightly

My eyes widened at his question. I creased my forehead and nibbled my bottom lip.

"Oh Com' on!" He lays at the bed and pulls me at his side; engulfing me in a hug

"I never said yes" I squeak

"You never said no either" he snuggles me, pressing my body into his

"This feels so good" he murmured against my ear

"Will you go on a date with me? Tomorrow?" He says after a while

"What?" I almost shouted, bulging my eyes out in the process. If anyone would see me like this surely they would mistake me for Tarsier

"D.A.T.E. You know where two people usually a boy and a gi-

"I know what a Date is, Smartypants" I growled

"So? Will you go?" He raised his eyebrow, twitching his mouth

"Well, I don't have a choice" I smirked

"Well, I don't have a choice" He mimicked me and hugged me tightly

I snaked my arms around him and buried my head into his chest; smelling his delicious cologne. His cologne was like magic to me- magic that calms me down instantly and makes me feel like I am safe from all the danger when I am with him.

I really wish time would stop forever so I could embrace you like this for eternity. At this moment I realized that I am falling for him.

I am falling for Vincent Jones.

Again.
