Summer
It was exactly two o'clock when the boarding call for our flight home was announced. We boarded the plane, and once seated, I switched my phone to airplane mode and fastened my seatbelt. "I can't wait until we get home," Janet said. Since no one was seated next to us, she lifted the armrest and leaned on my shoulder. I rested my head against the window and closed my eyes. When I woke up, the plane was already landing. I turned to see Janet fast asleep, snoring softly. "Janet," I called but got no response. "Mommy," I said, and this time she opened her eyes. "We've landed," I informed her.
The plane taxied to the gate and parked. I retrieved my backpack from the overhead compartment, and we headed into the airport to collect our suitcases from baggage claim. Outside, I ordered an Uber, which arrived within six minutes. The driver helped us with our suitcases, loading them into the trunk of his SUV. We hopped into the backseat, fastened our seatbelts, and set off. When we pulled into our driveway, I felt a surge of relief to be home. I grabbed both my suitcase and Janet's. "Thanks for the ride. Please drive safely," Janet said. "Thank you, ma'am," the driver replied as he backed out.
I unlocked the front door with my house keys, and we entered the house. I carried my suitcase upstairs and into my room, rolling it over to my closet before collapsing onto my bed. "I just want to sleep," I muttered to myself. Moments later, Janet entered my room. "I made sandwiches for lunch. Do you want one?" she asked. "Just leave the meats and condiments out; I'll make my own once I'm done unpacking," I replied. "You can grab the ham and the condiments from the refrigerator," Janet said as she left the room. I unpacked my clothes and took them to the laundry room. I loaded them into the washer and added some Gain detergent. "Doing laundry?" Janet asked. "Yes," I replied. "I'll wash my clothes after you," she said, taking a bite of her sandwich.
I walked into the kitchen and grabbed the ham, turkey slices, cheese, mayo, pickles, and mustard from the refrigerator. Janet doesn't like mustard as I do, but she has a huge craving for pickles. I made my sandwich and headed back upstairs.
"Why am I still single?" Teven asked me. "There's nothing wrong with being single," I replied. "If I asked you out, what would you say?" he asked. "I would say no," I answered. "But why?" he asked. "Because I have a girlfriend, and I don't see you as boyfriend material," I replied. "But I am such a sweet, loving man," Teven insisted. "She's just not into you. Get over it," Ariana said, making me laugh. "Baby," Blossom said, then kissed her. "Get a room," Teven and I said in unison, laughing.
The bell rang, and Blossom and Ariana headed to their third class of the day. I had Art class 102. I loved art; drawing was the one thing that kept me sane. Towards the end of class, Ms. Jenkins gave us a project: to draw a picture of someone in our lives, like friends or family. When the bell rang, I packed my drawing book, filled with many drawings, into my backpack.
As I was leaving, Mrs. Jenkins stopped me. "Miss Patterson," she said. "Yes, ma'am," I replied. "I wanted to talk to you about that art program I mentioned," she said. I grabbed a stool and sat across from her at her desk. "You're an amazing artist, and I think the world should see your work. The program is a bit pricey, but it's worth it. You'll spend two months in Rome this summer, studying and creating art. The program starts in June and ends in August, and the application deadline is in a month," she explained.
"I'll think it over. Thank you," I replied before leaving the classroom.
I headed to my last class, Music 101. After class, Janet came to pick me up. "You left work early again," I noted. "I didn't leave early. I have a venue to check out today, and our house is on the way," she explained. "Okay," I said. "Where's your assistant, Kendra? Shouldn't she be helping you scout venues?" I asked. "She's already at the venue".
Janet drops me off at our house. I head inside, take off my shoes, and slide into my slippers. I go upstairs to our bedroom, undress, and hop into the shower. Once I'm done, I head downstairs to Janet's purple room. I key in the door lock number and remove my slippers before entering. Walking across the fuzzy purple rug, I open the top drawer and grab her red, medium-sized vibrator.
I leave the room and return upstairs to our bedroom. Crawling into bed, I pull down my underwear and turn on the vibrator, inserting it into my vagina. As I speed up, I start massaging my clit and thinking about Janet. I wonder if she misses me while she's at work. Being a criminal lawyer must be tough. "I'm going to cum," I moan, lost in the sensations.
"Yes, I do. Fuck me," I moan again.
"Do you want me to fuck you?" a voice asks. I open my eyes to see Janet standing there. "Hi," she says.
"Don't let my presence stop you," she says as she undresses. I resume pleasuring myself, aware that Janet is watching me. "I'm going to cum again," I announce, looking at her. She watches with a mix of shock and happiness, her expression hot and filled with desire.
