Dan Smith x Male OC

It had been a couple of days since Dan and Matthew last spoke, but Dan was planning on inviting him too him and the other Bastille  boys house today.

Text.

Dan | hey I was wondering if you wanna come to my house and hang out today?

Matthew| sure Danny boy, what time?

Dan| half an hour, I'll pick you up?

Matthew| sounds nice, see ya in half an hour Danny xo.

Dan| see you later 😁.

Dan walked in to the living room, where all the other boys except woody were seated. Okay Kyle, Will, Charlie, I have something important to say, wha is it Dan Kyle asked?, "Matthew is coming to our house in half an hour, I want you guys to act well and not mention anything about the band, "got it" they all say. Dan walked around the house turning some of the pick of the band and him, it's not that he's ashamed, quite frankly he doesn't really know why he's doing all this, he just really liked Matthew and he just couldn't deal with another person using him for he's fame.
He drove down too Matt's hotel, he was getting progressively more nervous, what if it was awkward , what if he didn't know what to say , he tried to push the thoughts to the back of he's head, as he concentrated on driving.
Dan gently knocked on the door.

Matthew opened the door, Dan stood smiling, hey Matt said ,, hey Dan said and scratched the back of he's neck,
"let's go" Matthew said and grabbed Dans sleeve and dragged him away from the door, "I can't wait to see your place, do ya live with some mates or do you live alone, or maybe with a girlfriend? Matthew asked blushing as he added the last but. " yea I live with some of my mates, but no girlfriend, I'm Gay" Dan said flashing a smile to Matthew, "o-h yea me too" Matthew said grinning.
They finally arrived At Dans house , and walked inside, "come you should meet my mates" Dan said and dragged Matthew to the living room, the other boys looked up from what they were doing, to Dan and Matt, Matthew this is Kyle, Will, and Charlie, and boys this is Matthew, "hi" Matt said and waved awkwardly, " do you wanna see some pictures of my cat" was the first thing Kyle asked "Sure I love cats" Matt replied "You have found a good one Daniel" Kyle said to Dan smiling. Be right back dan said and left, Matt took a seat besides Kyle on one of the bar stools, the two quickly became friend over their love for cats.

Dan's POV
It went well I thought as I walked back in to the room with the boys, I smiled as I saw Matthew and Kyle laughing together over some random pictures on Kyles phone , Matthew looked up and caught he's gaze, " are you gonna show me your room or not Danny?"   Oh yea of course I said and quickly added "follow me", we walked in to my room, and I sat down on my bed, "wow this room is bloody massive" Matthew said, "yea it's quite nice" Dan replied. Matthew took a seat besides Dan on the king sized bed, "the boys spend countless hours talking and laughing about random things and just enjoying each other's presence.

"DAN, MATT, THERES PIZZA" kyle yelled, only seconds later did the two stubble in to the kitchen, out of breath like they had been racing,, "hmnnn" Matt moaned as he looked at the food, he didn't even realize before now , how hungry he was, the 4 boys attacked the pizza hungrily.
Later.

Dan walked Matthew too the door " I'll drive you home" Dan quickly said, "no  I'll just take a cap" Matthew replies giving Dan a shy smile, "but " Dan tried  "nonon I'm taking a cap Dan, say thanks for the pizza to the others" "goodbye then" Dan said and smiled brightly at Matt. "Goodbye Danny boy, see you soon, hopefully" Matthew said, and with that Matthew walked to the street and quickly got a cap.
