Kate POV

District 12, isn't exactly...... good. The poorest district in all of Panem. The streets are filled with exhausted coal miners, that have pretty much given up on hygiene. I'm still 11, so I never had to work in the mines, instead, its school work and dealing with my starving family. I creep through the forest after the blood bath dies down, and meet up with Eva. We had agreed to be allays during training. We eventually find each other, and that's how we've been living for the last three days in the arena. I wake up in the morning to the sound of two cannons, and start panicking over who it might have been. Curiosity? That's always been my weak point... I shake Eva awake, and after a lot of explaining, we start discussing who it might have been. We still have no idea who were the two who lost their lives, so we decide to leave it to the night's reveal. After we eat and clean ourselves up a little bit in a nearby river, we decide we should probably stock up on food. So, in order to do so, we have two options: either hunt or scavenge, or steal from the careers.
Eshan POV
-----------------
I've got myself a nice little camp. A decent amount of supplies that will hold me over for about half the game. I managed to salvage some wire that another tribute dropped on the run, its slightly damaged, but will work nicely. I've been working with Kendley and Zyva on how to eliminate some competition, and we've got a plan, curtesy of yours truly. If we can create enough friction against the wire, it'll create an electric current. If we take the wire, and bury it in the wet sand near our one and only water source, anyone who is in the water, on the sand, or near the wire will be electrocuted. We decided to wait until midnight to execute our plan, so that when tributes try to hydrate, it'll be one heck of a ride... Good for us, but, uh, not too pretty for them... Later that night before the anthem, we wake up to the sound of 4 cannons.. more than I could have EVER expected! We must have been asleep when the cannons went off, because when Panem's anthem revels the fallen tributes, in order of the deaths, we see six tributes appear with their names, pictures, and district numbers. Eleanor, Aribah, Jack, Reagan, Carter, and Nicolas.
