"Natsu! Natsu you idiot! Don't die on me!" I shouted at the top of my lungs as I held Natsu's cold body. I felt a hand touch my shoulder, I turned around and saw Gray, who was now free from Mardgeer's vines, he was looking at me with a sad face "Lucy, Natsu is de-" I interrupted him "Don't you dare say it!" he fell silent and looked away from me. "What a pity, I thought he would put up a bigger fight." I glared at Mardgeer who had a evil smirk on his face. "He was a lot stronger before. But ever since he met you Lucy Heartfilia, he's grown a soft spot. In other words he's grown weak. When you think about it, his death was your fault."
Acnologia was now standing in front of me. I sat there in shock not wanting to believe his words, "Don't listen to that bastard." I looked over to see Gajeel walking towards us. "He's just trying to get into your head." Gray looked at him with a confused expression "Since when were you on our side?" Gajeel glanced at me and then looked at Gray "Change of heart, I guess." he stated with a smirk. I sent him a soft smile. Acnologia took 2 steps toward me, both Gajeel and Gray stood in front of me protectively.
"We gotta get out of here." Gray stated. "Tch it's not like there just gonna let us walk away." Gajeel replied. I stood up and now had Natsu on my back "I have something I could do but we have to be quick." I handed Natsu to Gajeel "W-What the H-Hell!" he shouted with a stutter refusing to grab Natsu. "Can you just grab him Damn it!' I shouted back, he face went calm but I could see the annoyance in his eyes. He grabbed Natsu and I walked forward making eye contact with Acnologia.
"Star Dress! Virgo!"
A maid like outfit appeared on my body, I jumped up into the air, to get as high up as possible. As I came back down to the ground I yelled the words "Spica Hole!" a giant hole in the ground appeared beneath Acnologia and Mardgeer causing them to fall in. I landed on the side of the hole "Run!" I shouted. Me, Gray who was now holding Juvia, and Gajeel who was still carrying Natsu ran as fast as we could.

We stopped running Once we arrived outside The Iron Clan's borders. I looked at Gray and noticed he was uncomfortable. And I knew why, The Iron Clan was not exactly our ally. This was the Clan that took out Gray's Clan. Gajeel caught his breath and handed Natsu to me, "I got someone here who can help him. Follow Me." he stated. I looked at him in shock and looked at Natsu smiling Hold on a little longer Natsu. Please.
As we walked through the streets of The Iron Clan. I saw little kids running around happily, adults smiling at them. I looked at Gray, he actually had a smile on his face too. I was about to say something when Gajeel stopped in front of a house. A small blue haired girl walked out and hugged Gajeel, he leaned down amd kissed her on the lips. "Sorry, I couldn't get home sooner. I got sidetracked." he said smiling at the small girl "It's ok, I'm just glad you came home safe. The kids missed you." she replied.
"Kids?" Me and Gray said in unison.

I was now in Gajeel's house. Two kids, a boy that looked like Gajeel and a girl that looked like Levy were peacefully sleeping on the floor surrounded by papers and crayons. "They're on their way." Gajeel said walking up to me. "Who exactly?" I asked. "Wendy and Erza, Wendy can help Salamander over there." Gajeel glanced over at Natsu who was laying on the couch, he now had a bandage wrapped around his wound. I smiled "Thanks Gajeel." I said with a smile, he smirked "Anything for an old childhood friend."
I smiled and noticed Gray was outside. I walked over to the window, I was about to knock on the glass to get his attention but stopped when I saw a tear roll down his cheek. Gray.......
"Gray." I said as I stood behind him "You ok?" he quickly wiped his eyes and smiled "Yeah I'm fine." I smacked him in the back of the head "Don't lie to me!" I shouted. I got ready to smack him again when he put his hands up in surrender "Ok! Ok! The truth is I was just thinking about my family and my clan, the kids here running around the street. The adults smiling. This is exactly how it was when the Iron Clan attacked." Gray clenched his fists and more tears rolled down his cheeks. "My parents! Were slaughtered before my eyes! My home destroyed! It was all taken away from me in an instant! I wanted to kill them all! I can do it right now! I can send all these people to hell! I-" I smacked Gray across his face and hugged him.
"Gray I know you're hurting. But do you think your parents would want to see you like this! Do you think they wanna hear their son talking like this! Your family may be gone but you have me now! You have Juvia! So stop sulking over something that happened in the past! Killing these people now won't change anything! It won't bring your parents back! And it surely won't make you feel any better! God Damn it!" Gray fell to his knees and I kept my arms around him as he cried in my chest "You're my onii chan now." I said with a smile as I rubbed his back. "Thanks Lucy..." he mumbled under his breath "Mhm."

I was sitting on the floor next to the couch where Natsu was laying when we all heard a knock on the door. Gajeel opened it revealing a girl with crimson hair and armour and another girl who looked young, she had dark blue hair. They walked up to me and I grabbed Natsu's hand "Can you please help him?" I asked, as my eyes started to water. The young girl smiled and nodded as she put her hands over Natsu's wound. A blue sparkly light appeared Wow......I thought.
When she was done, I heard Natsu take a breath and I put my ear on his chest. His heart was beating. "He just needs a little rest. He should wake up soon. My name is Wendy by the way and this is Erza." I looked at the girl in armour as she sent me a smile.
Next thing I knew I was crying "Thank You! Thank you so much!" but they weren't sad tears. They were happy tears.
Author's Note - Yep! Gray had a little moment there! But Lucy made sure he didn't go rogue! :) it's all good!
Sorry if I took long to post! Tbh I didn't really know how I wanted this Chapter to play out *laughs nervously* But I did it!
Also be ready for some cute Nalu moments in Chapter Eleven! 😍
