Chapter Eight

Lucy's POV

Natsu is kissing me! And I'm kissing back! Do I really love him?

The kiss lasted about 2 minutes, then we parted for breath. I looked at Natsu's face, he...he was crying...... "N-Natsu why are you...." he wrapped his arms around me and his head was on my shoulder. "Can we just stay like this for a moment?" he asked.

Who am I kidding.....I love him.

"Sure." I put my arms around him and there we stood, just the two of us under the moon.

"Alright we can't go back to camp with Natsu so any ideas where we could go?" I asked, we were all sitting in a circle on the grass. "There's the Water Clan we could go too, they let anyone in, no matter what clan they're from." Natsu replied. I saw Gray blush from the corner of my eye, me and him never had any secrets from each other, now......we've both been keeping things hidden from the other.

"Gray can we talk?" I stood up and he did as well "S-sure...." he replied with a stutter.

Natsu and Happy went to the river to get some fish while me and Gray stood behind a tree to talk.

"I saw you blush when Natsu brought up the Water Clan care to explain?" I said.

Gray sighed and looked me in the eyes "Ok, well, I may or may have not been seeing someone from the Water Clan." he looked away quickly and his face was bright red. I stood there in shock and then smiled "Gray, I'm happy for you. I can't wait to meet her." he looked at me and surprise was all over his face making me laugh. "You got yourself a girl, I'm proud." I rustled his hair and walked over to Natsu, I sat next to him and leaned my head on his shoulder.

"Ugh how much longer do we have to walk!" Natsu shouted in frustration. "Well we would've been there by now if you didn't refuse to take our wagon....." Gray replied. I looked at Natsu he was about to barf just from the mention of a wagon. "We should be there soon Natsu, let's take a 5 minute break for now." both Gray and Natsu sat down on the ground with a thud and sighed in relief. "Bout time...." they both said in unison. I rolled my eyes and sat down too, Happy decided to stay behind for some reason I hope he's ok.....

5 minutes Later

"Alright let's get moving again." I got up along with Natsu and Gray and we continued our journey to the Water Clan.

"What the hell happened here!?" Natsu shouted in anger. We all were standing at the Water Clan's borders, there was absolutely no one in sight, all the Water was gone. "Who or What could've done this?" I asked, I looked over at Gray and saw him clench his fists. He took off running "Juvia! Juvia where are you!?" he shouted. Me and Natsu glanced at each other and ran after him.

When we caught up to Gray he was sitting next to a girl, she was kinda pale and had blue hair. That must be her.....I thought to myself. "Juvia what happened? Are you ok?" Gray asked. "My Darling Gray, I'm ok but everyone else is gone. Acnologia attacked, he turned into this d-dragon....." she replied weakly.

Me and Natsu looked at each other for a split second until he took off running "Natsu!" I shouted as I ran after him. I heard Gray running after us as well. When I glanced at him he was carrying Juvia.

I knew where Natsu was headed and I knew why Gray wanted to come as well.

We're going back to Acnologia.

Lucy - Natsu do you know why Happy stayed behind?

Natsu - Yeah, he told me he's seeing this Cat named Tara....

Gray - It's Carla you idiot!

Lucy - Wait Happy has a girlfriend......

Natsu - I don't think anything's official yet.....
