Well, in terms of appearances, that would be Freddy. In my opinion, he's the least creepy-looking. Except, you know, when he decides to pop up in your office randomly.
In terms of gameplay, that would be Foxy. A lot of people hate him because of his AI, but I actually find him the easiest to handle. Bonnie and Chica can stop your doors and lights, and Freddy...hah. Don't get me started on HIS AI. But as far as Foxy goes, it's pretty straightforward. He's actually the only character who hasn't killed me yet in my many times playing the game. Well, him and Golden Freddy...
