I'll answer this like I did with my favorite animatronic from FNAF: favorite looks and favorite gameplay.
For looks, that would have to be Toy Chica. She doesn't really scare me at all. Her older model, however...
For gameplay, I think that'll have to be Mangle. Because there's static whatever he/she/it goes, you can see if he/she/it is in the vents without checking the light, which helps a LOT.
