Well, for FNAF, the most convincing theory I've seen is the one I used in my first FNAF fanfic.
As for FNAF 2, that will be revealed soon enough in FNAF: Grand Reopening. But I'll say this: I think the Puppet plays a good part in this, and I think I have good reasoning.
