Miles POV:
It was a couple hours after Frankie left my room to go clean the black remains of hers. I heard a small quiet knock on my door.

I had decided to push through the writers block. We had done auditions but my perfectionist brain was still unsettled on how the story was playing out, it needed to be better then good.
I glanced over the ipad to see Lola waiting for me to notice her.

"So, say someone wasn't sure if they were any good at acting so second guessed going to auditions but now really regrets it, how would they go about still trying for a part?" She asked hovering at my doorway.

"Well, first, they'd be told off for ever second guessing their amazingness. And then the creative director would approve a private audition after much consideration." I played along collecting all my notes on the bed moving to the side for her to sit down.
"Come into my office."

"Turns out girls night was a bust." She walked in perching on my bed. My king size made her tiny frame look even smaller and the mattress barely dipped under her weight.

"Sorry about that. I know how much it meant to you." I placed my ipad to the side.

"It did! Only Olive understood that but then she and Esme went to the closet and next thing she was begging Jonah to take her home as he was leaving

"It did! Only Olive understood that but then she and Esme went to the closet and next thing she was begging Jonah to take her home as he was leaving. So pretty much I still got ditched but that's okay." She looked down.

My inner alarm was going crazy hearing about an interaction between Olivia and Esme but I pushed it down. It wasn't my problem anymore. It wasn't my problem. I did not care. I shouldn't care.

"So, anyway this it?" She glanced around the bed picking up some sheets of ideas.
I nodded handing her the iPad and she started reading it eyebrows raised and eyes scanning each bit of dialogue.

I fidgeted unsure of what to do, I leant over her hoping to see what part she was reading.
"I'll be here for you. But you need to do this alone." Lola read out. It was a tone that was caring but firm, sure and tentative.

"Miles?" She asked. I zoned back and she looked at me expectantly.
"Is this the first time they meet in the play?" She questioned gesturing to the screen.
"Yeah, what do you think?" I replied a little nervously.
