Miles POV:
I made sure to get to school really early and set up everything ready. Today was the first table read for the play. My play. Everything was in place for this thing to go ahead.
We had cast Rasha as the other character, she had been the best and she had a passion for this play that nobody else did. So passionate in fact that she had come back to requisition. Lola came and sat next to her and gave me a smile. I'm glad she was here, she perfected my play.
"I didn't know we had cast Hope." Jonah noticed joining me by the table with Grace at his side.
"Lola read for it and she's perfect." I gave a quick look over to her and smiled."Are you hooking up with her?" Grace asked bluntly and my head snapped back round fast enough to threaten me with a bad case of whip lash.
"What? No." I snapped back. It was a half lie, I wasn't hooking up. I kissed her. One time. End of."Good, because Olivia doesn't deserve that, she's a really great person and she's so strong for everything she's been though." Grace voiced. Like I needed this reminding. Since leaving her I had thought about it. I looked to Jonah as if to help me shut her up.
"No judgement here if you are, although I agree she's a really good person and she was really upset on Saturday when I dropped her home," He explained.
"But hey, the guy has a right to move on." Jonah shrugged speaking to Grace who was giving him a glare .
