What has happened?

Bellas pov

It has been 16 years since we left my beautiful little Lucinda outside the orphanage and I regret it every day. If only I could go back and not leave her. Our family feels like a part of it is missing. I wonder if I'll ever see her again?

Today we are starting at a new school in Seattle, I'm not really looking forward to it because I've already been to to many high school and I've only been a vampire for 16 years.
"Edward I miss her" of course he knew exactly who I was talking about.
"I know honey, but if we didn't give her away she would of been in danger."
"We don't even know if she's alive Edward" I said whilst dry sobbing.
"Honey listen, we all miss her everyday but we have to look at the good things in life. We still have our gorgeous Renesmee to look after."
"why are you always right?" I asked him, earning one of his breath taking smirks.

I was in the car on the way to school with Alice, Renesmee and Rose when I smelled her, a smell that never changed. Lucinda is here, my baby is here in this state, in this town! I wonder if she'll be going to school with us? I hope so!
"Alice she's here!"
"What?" Alice, Ness and Rose asked at the same time.
"Lucinda, she's here."
"Omg my twins in this town!" Ness practically screamed.
"Omg, she's here why didn't I see this?" Alice asked herself sounding disappointed.
"I wonder what she looks like now?" Of course Rose was thinking about the looks.

When we got to school I told the boys about what happened and their reactions were seriously hilarious.
Emmet just kept repeating "woah"
Jasper nearly fainted from all of the emotions and Edward went into vampire shock like he did when I found out I was pregnant with them.

Edwards pov

As we walked to go and get our timetables all I could think was my babies alive, I need to see her.

When we got into the office I couldn't help but ask the office women "hello is there a Lucinda that goes to this school?" As I said that she froze, she looked scared what's wrong with her?
"I wouldn't get involved with her, if I were you." What is she talking about? What has our little girl become? I wasn't sure but I'm going to find out!

As my wife and I were walking to English I asked her "Bella what do you think she was talking about?" She looked as shocked as me and said "I'm not sure."
"I hope it's nothing too bad."
"Yeah me too."

When we were about half way through English a stunning girl with blonde hair and blue eyes came into the class, looking as if she just got out of a magazine and came into school. She was nearly as pretty as Rosalie.

As she was just about to walk to her seat the teacher stopped her and to say she looked annoyed wasn't nearly enough to say how pissed off she looked.

"Why are you late?" That can't be my daughter, can it Is all I could think.
"I'm late because the old bat in the office can't hear and it takes ages to get a timetable when she doesn't even know what your saying." Woah I was right this isn't my daughter, there is no way the orphanage would of put in the care of someone who would raise her like that. "WHAT?" Oh god whoever this girl is has made sir livid.
"I said the, old, bat, in, th" she was talking to him like he was two years old and to be honest it was a bit amusing. I can imagine how much Emmett will be laughing when I tell him about this at lunch.
"Lucinda don't you dare say that again!" Did he just say Lucinda? No, no there's no way that this is her. I must be hearing things. Right? I looked over to Bella to see if I was hearing right and sadly I was. Bella was staring at her and nodding slowly telling me that she's our daughter. This is my little girl, My innocent little girl. What has she become? What she said next though Was the most shocking thing I've ever heard.
"FOR FUCK SAKE SIR DONT TAKE IT OUT ON ME THAT YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY, IF YOU CANT DEAL WITH KIDS DONT WORK AT A SCHOOL!!!!"  Oh no, what has happened, we should of never left her at that orphanage. I thought she would of been better of their but apparently not.
"Lucinda go and sit down NOW, I don't want you to disturb my lesson anymore then you already have. We'll talk about this at the end of the lesson" just like that he's letting her sit down. Seriously? She's just going to sit down. She must be a lot of trouble to be let of just like that! What have we done?

At lunch- Edwards pov

As soon as Bella and I sat down at lunch all of our family knew that something was wrong. "What happened?" Jasper asked feeling our confused and sad emotions.
"Is it my sister?" Ness asked worried.
"Oh no" Rose and Alice said at the same time and Emmett just looked at us confused.
Bella started explaining how she swore at the teacher, walked in 40 minutes late and insulted the office lady. Of course Emmett burst out laughing and said "Omg she sounds hilarious" I'm not surprised at Emmetts reactions anymore, of course he would find this funny but I couldn't help feeling offended. He's laughing about what his niece has become, about her not caring about life. Ness broke me out of me thoughts by saying "what about we get to know her and we can try to change her?" I knew it wouldn't be easy, but we had to try. "Good idea Ness, we should try."
