What am I

As Blaze and Finn sat a cave in the woods memories plagued her mind. Taunting her with every passing second. " Ms. Gilbert are you alright" asked Finn. " Well Finn do you want the honest answer or the common answer." " Honest would be the best don't you think."

" That's what everyone says but they never mean. Because when you are honest with people they still end up hurt so why don't you just prolong it till the very end. " Yes that is true but sometimes even after you tell the truth its not the very end. It is just the beginning of something more.

So yes Ms. Gilbert I would like to know the truth." " I you say so Finn the truth is the memories and I buried are coming back to haunt me and there is nothing that I can do about it . " What do you mean buried memories."

" Welp Finn believe it or not I did not have the best childhood quite the opposite actually. Its the very thing that has caused these demons." " If you dont mind me asking what happened."

Flashback 7 years old

My parents weren't the best well to me at least. "Mommy look what I drew for you." " What is this supposed to be a scarecrow." "No mommy it's you I drew a picture for you dont you like it." Aria smile beamed as she asked the question. " Like it is this what you think I look like its hideous."

As she said those words she ripped the paper in front of Aria's face. The smile quickly vanished from Aria's faced and was replaced with a look for disappointment and hurt.

Just the Elena can running up with the Sam smile Aria had. " Look what I made mommy look." Aria watched as her mother turned to look at Elena's picture. She didn't even look at it before she called it the most beautiful thing she'd ever seen and proceeded to hang it on the fridge.

You see Finn I could never do anything right according to my mother. And with my father it was even worse.

12 years old

"ARIAAAA". Aria's father's voice echoed through the house with rage. Aria ran down stairs in a hurry. Rushing into the kitchen Aria answered "Yes father." Did I tell you to clean the kitchen look at it it's a mess. Aria was shocked the kitchen indeed was a mess but she cleaned it. She spent hours scrubbing the floor hours and now it was destroyed.

" But I did I really di-." Before she could finish her plea an smack echoed through the room. Aria's head wiped to the right. She put her hand on her cheek to relieve the ache.

And the from that day on Finn it just got worse and worse. For every little thing I did or didn't do I received a slap, a kick, and sometimes even a push down the stairs and everytime I looked at Elena for help but all she did was stand there.

But you see Finn after a while I reached my breaking point. Point that I still to this day have not come back from. The day that I went from Aria Gilbert to Blaze. The day that I lost it all.
