Ch 17

Clint and I were in the living room talking and doing stupid shit out of boredom.

"So how are the patches working out for you?" He asks me settling down on the couch.

I've been trying the patches for a couple of days and I have to admit I haven't smoked more than one a day.

"They're working, I smoke maybe one a day but I really don't have the craving for them like I usually do." I tell him leaning on the back of the couch next to him.

"Well I'm glad to hear it." He smiles.

Then there's a short silence before he breaks it.

"Can I see Smash again?" Clint asks turning to me.

"No." I say stepping back with a laugh.

"Come on pleaseee." He whines turning around on the couch.

"Ugghhh fine but we need to go outside, I don't need uncle Tony yelling at me cuz I broke something." I sigh walking towards the door to the backyard.

He cheers following me outside. When we both get outside I take a couple steps back and shift into Smash.

"It's cool to see Smash when you're not smashing stuff." He chuckles making me playfully huff.

"Can you carry me?" He asks making me shake my head.

"Come on that would be so cool on missions. I ride on your back while I shoot my arrows. That's like out of a movie or somethin." He says looking out in the distance doing arm gestures as if he was shooting arrows.

I roll my eyes waving him off.

"I bet you would let Tasha ride you.." He mumbles but loud enough for me to hear.

I give him a look making him laugh.

"Wanda, Bucky that is Apex." Steve says walking outside with two other people making us turn around.

"You guys got a gorilla to join the team?" The woman asks confused.

I shift back making them look at me shocked.

"Pex, they are Wanda Maximoff and Bucky Barnes, otherwise known as Scarlet Witch and the Winter Soldier, two other members of the team." Clint informs me.

"Nice to meet you." I go to shake their hands.

"Not that it's any of my business but how come I haven't seen you guys?" I ask them.

"We were on a mission for SHIELD." Bucky says.

"So is there anymore Avengers I don't know about?" I ask turning to Clint making him chuckle.

"So you're a..shapeshifter?" Wanda asks.

"Yeah shapeshifter and gotta suit too what can y'all do?" I ask looking between the two.

"I'm basically a super soldier having all my attributes enhanced, this arm helps a lot too." Bucky says showing his metal arm.

"Cool *smile* What about you?" I ask turning to Wanda.

Wanda then levitates red wisps coming out from her hands, with a flick of a wrist I'm tossed back. I groan a bit then look up at her, her eyes now red.

"Why do I feel like I'm being challenged?" I say playfully.

She just smiles.

"I'm just showing you what I can do." She shrugs the smile still on her lips.

"Harry, suit up." I say to my morpher and my suit comes on.
