Part 1 was pretty boring so here's part 2 ♡ I do not own any of the pictures
After arriving at pallet and his house he introduces his friends to his mother and ask if they can stay here for a while. Of course Delia accepts and goes ahead to make some dinner.
"Ash i heard from Profeesor.Oak that Gary came back not long ago either, you should go over and say hi, while you're at it you could ask them to come over for dinner so we could ask them to come over for dinner so we could introduce them to your new friends." says Delia
"Okay!" says Ash excited because it's been 2 years since he hadn't seen Gary. Totally forgetting about the visitors and leaving pikachu, the raven haired boy rushes out the house and goes to the lab.
He made it to the lab and knocks multiple times on the door. He hears some annoyed groans from the other side of the door and when it opens it's the Professor.
"Oh Ash it's you, i was wondering who was knocking at our door like a maniac so it was you haha, come on in" "Gary come downstairs we have some company" he says with a loud voice. After a couple seconds you can hear some footsteps approaching from the stairs.
"Hey Gary!" says the raven haired boy excited to see his friend
Gary wasn't really expecting Ash to come over..
Gary's POV~
Ugh i wasn't expecting him to see him already, I didn't fully sort my thoughts yet.. I don't even know why i'm like this.
Back to the story~
"Hey Ash" says the chestnut haired boy while avoiding Ash's eyesight. Ash knew something was off but didn't say anything.
"My mom asked me to come over and invite you to dinner"
"Oh but of course we will, let's go now" says the professor while letting the two boys out so he could lock the door.
Dinner Time~
While everyone was around the table (Gary across from Ash, Misty next to Ash and across from Brock and the two adults were at the ends of the table and pikachu on the floor) Gary notices Misty getting real close with Ash and of course knowing how dense Ash is he wouldn't know that she was flirting which makes the chestnut haired boy livid, yet he doesn't know why. So he excuses himself from the table and heads towards the bathroom.
A couple minutes passed and the professor, obviously knowing something is wrong, ask Ash if he could go check on him. As the raven haired boy makes his way towards the bathroom he knocks on the door asking if he's okay.
"Hey Gary, you good? everyones getting worried."
It was silent Gary wasn't responding.
"Hey Gary.. i've noticed that you haven't been yourself for a while now. Even before you left on your journey you were acting weird. You know you can talk to me right we've been friends since we were kids after all."
No respons. Until he hears the lock of the door open. Before he realises what happened he was already on the other side of the door pinned on the wall by the chestnut haired boy. Ash is totally dumbfounded and takes a peek at Gary. He had small tears streaming down his cheeks..
"Ash i don't get it, i don't know why i'm feeling like this. Why is it when i see you smile my chest throbs and when i see someone else touching you i get furious and jealous huh, tell me Ash?!" he says with a pained face. Ash not fully understanding what's happening doesn't manage to let out any words making Gary wipe his tears and say..
"Whatever i should of known you wouldn't understand" and leaves the bathroom with a sad face. Leaving the raven haired boy with a guilty feeling, that he doesnt even know why he has.
The next day he had found out that Gary had left without a trace of where he was going and just leaving a note saying he left on another journey. Ash felt even worse because he knew it was his fault and he didn't know with who he could talk about it. To get his mind off of things, the raven haired boy left at his turn a couple days later with his friends towards the Johto League.
