A couple weeks later the trio had to split up and go their own paths. Misty went back to her hometown to become gym leader instead of her sisters and Brock went back home to take care of some errands or something. So Ash decided to go back to Pallet again, it's been 3 years after all.
When he came back he greeted his mom and noticed a new house member.. it was a Mr.Mime he was confused but his mom explained everything and that it was helping with the chores. After the long talk they had about Ash's adventures he went to his room and just went to lay in his bed, pikachu layed down next to him and they both immediately dozed off. He woke up around 2 pm the next day by the noise of a phone call, a couple minutes later the mother told the raven haired boy that Professor.Oak had some news about his pokemon and that he could come over. Ash got dressed woke up pikachu and was on his way.
I wonder if Gary will be there
He kinda didn't want to see him but another part of him did. He still wasn't sure about his sexual preferences. When he knocked on the door he got welcomed in by the Professor. After Ash, and pikachu, had played with his pokemon and talked about them to professor.Oak, he had some questions. He first told pikachu to stay over at the lab to catch up with the other and then headed closer to the professor.
"Professor, has Gary come home?"
"Unfortunately, no. I haven't heard from him lately." answers Professor.Oak with a worried look.
Ash, feeling relieved but also disappointed, walked towards the door to make his leave. That is after he opens the door to find the one and only Gary Oak on the door step. Both shocked greet each other.
"oh.. hi Gary"
"Hey Ash.. Listen about last tim-" before he could finish his sentence Professor.Oak showed up greeting his grandson. Ash excused himself and left in a hurry.
"Hm looks like he was in a hurry, why don't you come inside and tell me about your journey around Johto." says the professor as he is dragging the chestnut haired boy inside.
When Ash made it home he rapidly went to his room and jumped head first in his bed with his face in the pillows..
Why did i leave? He probably wanted to apologize.. Unless he actually wanted to tell me to forget about it because it was some kind of mistake, but i don't want to forget..
Realising what he was thinking about a moment ago made him blush.
What am i saying, it's as if i want it to happen again.. do i? it wasn't unpleasan- wait that's not the point! i don't know anymore, i'll just take a nap.
