Being the daughter of a pharmacist has its perks. You had access to unlimited amounts of medicine and antibiotics.

You also help run the most successful pharmacy in Lawless, which means you and your parents were stacked with money.

That's why you were well-off as a child. Although your parents worked, you were able to spend time with your nanny and fellow housekeepers.

You consider yourself to be a rich kid however, you never really showed it off. Money was something that not that many people were blessed with.

The door swings open as a young man with a brown hat walks in. Your attention was drawn away from your newspaper as he walks up to the counter.

"Can I speak with you?" He asks.

"Doctor's note?" You stuck out your hand through the hole in the glass.

He seemed to sigh and dig into his pockets. The young man slides the folded note on the table before placing it in your hand.

You took the folded paper and looked at it curiously, it wasn't a Doctor's note. Opening it, your eyes widen with excitement.

"Well, [Y/N]?" He tests his luck.

Your lips curl up, "I expected you to look like a scary, buff, biker man."

The young male tilts his head up and you can see amber eyes stare back at you.

"I came here to discuss about garbage removal," He grumbles.

You hum in agreement, "Let's talk in the waiting room."

Calling for your mother to fill for your place, you took the young man to a table next to the window. He takes a seat while you fiddle around with the coffee machine.

"How do you like your coffee?" You offered.

"Can we be quick about this?" He seemed to slouch against the wooden seat. "Two shots of milk..." He mutters.

You nodded your head and started the machine.

"Alright," You sat down in the chair across from him. "Let's talk about our garbage removal, Avilio."

His pale face remained stoic, "Lay me the details..."

You rested your arms on the table and sighed happily, "There's a man that I really hate."

Avilio follows along, his eyes wander around the pharmacy.

"I suppose there's no use in keeping my secrets with you," You confessed.

"Just spit it out,"

"You're being a little rude to someone you've just met," You muttered.

Avilio goes quiet and you decided to just spill it.

"Don Vanetti," You hissed and Avilio seemed to become more interested. "He's the man I want dead..."

"I know him," Avilio adds.

"Everyone knows who he is," You exclaimed. "He's the bastard that runs this part of the city.

A nod came from him, "Why do you want him dead?"

"It's a long story," You sighed. "It's all these years of abuse that drive me to kill him."

The coffee machine lets out a beep.

"That old man would take my father's money without thinking about the family he has to feed..." You hissed.

Avilio looks behind you, yet you kept rambling.
