chapter 2: the plan

nagito decides that he needs to take his mind off things, so he decided to go visit his friend ouma. when he reached his house, ouma invited him in. "haha nagito why are you here this late?" ouma asked, laughing as he pulled nagito in the house. his boyfriend, saihara was staying with him it seems. nagito shrugged and then sat on the sofa. "troubles with hajime." he said, frowning at the thought. "oh ok" ouma said, his face turning a little bit serious. he knows what nagito has been going through as of recent. "is he being a stupid bitch again?" 

saihara came down the stairs. "oh, hi nagito." he says with a smile. "a pleasure to see you again."nagito returned his smile. "it's been a while, saihara" 

ouma frowned and then hit nagito. "hey watch it lover boy that's my boyfriend!!" nagito laughs and says "dont worry ouma i wont steal him from you." ouma stared at him for a bit before smiling again. "ok, good." saihara laughs too.

nagito was glad that he was friends with ouma.he is super nice to him even though  nobody else is. saihara was nice too and nagito had to applaud ouma for finding such a good guy to be his boyfriend.he sort of wished that hajime was as warm and loving as saihara was.but he wasn't. so nagito couldnt do anything about it.

"ok sit down, let's talk about your problems." ouma says. "ok" nagito replied. he took a seat on the sofa. "ok now tell me about your problems." ouma says. nagito starts talking about how hajime wouldnt talk to him for days on end. it hurts to think about because nagito loved hajime a lot. it was sad that hajime didnt like him back. even though hajime was the one who asked him out, nagito couldnt help but feel like it was out of obligation. he's also seen hajime with other people and he looked way happier than when he was with him. nagito would wait hours for hajime to come back from work and sometimes it would go way past midnight. he would sit in bed witth his book patiently waiting for his boyfriend to return. sometimes hajime doesnt even come home. when he asks hajime about it, hajime never says anything. nagito never pried.

when he told this to ouma, it took him everything to not cry. because it made him so upset thinking about it. saihara gave him an acknowledging glance before returning upstairs to give them some privacy. he expected ouma to bully him for being such a coward, but ouma looked angry. "that stupid hajime!!!" ouma yelled. "why would he do that to you? we should totally get revenge." nagito shook his head. he didn't want hajime to suffer because of him. he still loved him a lot.

"ok, but how about we stalk him and see what he does?" ouma said. nagito thought about it for a bit. "but wouldn't that be creepy?" he responded. sure, he would love to know where hajime has been but he wouldn't want to creep him out. 

 "yes but dont u want to find out what hajime is doing?" ouma replied. nagito thinks he has a point. so he responded with "yes". they will stalk hajime and see what he is doing. a part of nagito hopes that he really is just working and nothing else, but he knew that it was something more than that.
