"Why are you always late tho?" says Tae to me, actually it's been a long time since we knew each other. We were in high school together, though we weren't in the same class.

"You know my home, right? it's 1,5 hour away from here and moreover, I'm very lack of this thing called time management" I reply as I put my things to my backpack

"I see. By the way, do you want to join us doing tomorrow paper?" honestly, I thought as I grew older it would be more easy to befriend people and enjoy socializing more but I don't like working my homework in a group and I really hate group chat. "I'd like to but I can't, I have Korean language course at 5 pm" Tae is a very nice and friendly person, everyone loves being around him, from the eldest to the youngest of my classmate likes to hang out with him. Unlike me, the quiet one in the class who's always late and always feeling anxious to speak in public.

"Oh, right I forgot you have that course today. well okay, then anyeonghaseo!" I bet he knows about Korean language more than me. "But you'll be finished by 7 pm, right?"  I don't know why he asked but I said "Ne, Majayo." and then saying goodbye to him.

Honestly, as I do my studies more I sometimes regret making this decision too. Was I too rush? or was I avoiding something and signed up as an excuse? or maybe I'm just too dumb and inexperienced to plan something else other than dragging my lazy ass to school again. Actually, communication studies aren't what I learned back at my bachelor's degree, I'm a literature graduate and I thought it would be more applicable to the professional scope to actually sign up for communication studies. It's just not that easy tho. That's why I take a Korean language class because I know I'm dumb at school and I'd feeling so much better when I'm in my Korean class. It's something that I just like doing. I know it sounds weird to escape from studying something with studying something else. But I like it, and I think maybe I get hit by the Korean wave that much.

"Hey, where are you?" Tae suddenly chat me,

"I just finished my class, what's up?"

"Are you hungry?" now I'm confused, but I can feel someone touching my right shoulder and I automatically look at my right but nothing is there.

but when I look at my left side, "ANYEOOONG!" There's Tae with his smile "I know you're hungry, bap mogero kapsida!" Says him

Honestly, I'm shocked and I almost hit him. "How? do you---" I haven't finished my sentence but he already grabs my hand and asks "Burger King? or McD?"
