Chapter 4: Nothing

(Kya's POV)

The boys had ordered pizza for dinner but I wasn't really that hungry so I only had one slice. "I don't mean to pry but who was that guy from earlier, you don have to answer" Michael asked me quietly but it didn't stop the other guys from turning there attention over to us. Calum threw a pillow at Michael even though he obviously wanted to know as well.

"Urrrr that was my boyfriend" I stater quickly and quietly

"So is that why you had nowhere to stay because you where living other him?" Calum asked. I obviously took me answering Michaels question as an okay to ask more. I guess I kind of owed them an explanation though since they were kind enough to let me stay.

"Yeah" I replied looking down at my hands noticing that they were shaking.

"Do you have any family members anywhere that you could stay with?" Luke asked me with a worried look on his face

(Luke's POV)

"No not really" she replied. What did she mean not really? I was almost scared to ask but if we didn't we wouldn't be able to help.

"What do you mean?" I asked truly worried about her.

"My family and I had a huge fight which lead them to kicking me out of the house. I ended up leaving the state and ended up here and I only really know Dion my phycho boyfriend" she then let out a small laugh which was confusing.

"Why are you laughing?" I asked.

"Because my life's a is a disaster" a small tear ran down her face. Her reply to my question was so sad. Maybe I shouldn't have asked. I feel horrible now.

(Michael's POV)

I noticed a small tear fall Down her cheek and walked over to her laying down on the couch placing my head on her lap looking up to her and gave her a small smile she looked down at me and smiled back. I the sat up and wrapped both my arms around. I noticed she was still smiling. Next thing you know the rest of the boys were joining me huddled around her giving her a big hug which earned us a small giggle.

It was an amazing sound and I could possibly listen to it forever. She was beautiful and it was horrible to see that horrible bruise on hr face. She didn't deserve that at all. Helping her seemed worth it when we made her smile.

"Well we have all had a long day, especially you Kya, so I think we should get some sleep" Ashton said and Luke and Calum groaned throwing pillows at him. "You don't have to I was just saying it's a good idea" he retorted throwing the pillows back at them.

"Well I like that idea very much" Kya said standing up from the couch giving Ashton a smile.

"Thank you Kya" he said smiling back.

I looked at her noticing her denim shorts and her 5sos shirt "do you need some clothes to wear to bed, you might want to take care of that amazing shirt" I said grinning

"Oh haha" she said glaring at me

"But seriously do you want something to wear" I said laughing.

"Yes please" she responded.

I got up off the couch "follow me" I said walking past air born pillows. "Would you guys stop throwing pillows!" I yelled throwing a pillow at them and continued walking to the bedroom.

We got to the bedroom she sat down on the bed and I started rummaging around my suit case pulling out some sweatpants and a plain white shirt. "So who's your favourite?" I asked smiling but facing the other way so she couldn't see me.

"What do you mean" she asks me but I think she knows what I mean.

"Every fan has a favourite band member, who's yours"

"I don't have a favourite"

"Sure sure" I say laughing. I toss her the clothes and then leave the room for her to get changed. Before I close the door I hear a small laugh and another smile forms on my face.

I look up and I notice all the guys starring at me with smiles. "What?"

"Nothing" they all say at once. I don't know why but I find myself not believing them that it's nothing.
