~ Ben's Pov ~

    My heart was racing with million of questions going through my brain. Hazel could be anywhere and the thought scared me more then anything. She could be hurt right now or fighting for her life and I didn't even know how to help. Something could have happened to the baby and I could be a million miles away. Audrey could have done anything by now and if she was evil, who knows what she could have done to the Vk's.

    I paced around my office scratching the back of my head trying to think, but my thoughts were going miles per hour. Every idea came in a flash and I had to take a deep breath in order to not beast out a panic attack. The phone rung loudly causing me to quickly run into my desk and pick it up.

" Did you find her at Evie's ?"

    " King Ben, she was not at Evie's house nor were the others." The guard informed causing my heart to quicken even more. I had prayed she was hiding out there with the others and safe.

    " A-are you...Are you sure ?!" I asked gripping the side of my desk." She wasn't anywhere ?!"

    " No. We checked every corner of the house and even a radius of the surrounding woods. We believe it's important to tell you also all their bikes are missing too."

    " Bikes ?" I questioned wondering why they needed bikes.

    Was it to get away from Audrey quicker ? Was it to find safety ?

" Yes all five."

    I bit my lip annoyed before thinking of another question." Okay, what about the kids ? Dizzy, Heidi, Celia, Squeaky, and Squirmy ?"

    " It appears they are asleep like the rest of Auradon except Celia is missing too." The guard alerted causing me to relax a bit. Maybe Celia was missing because she helped Hazel escape." Sir, do you want us to return to Auradon ?"

    "No." I replied." No, I want the Auradon guard handing out gas masks."

" To who exactly ? Everyone is asleep."

    " Well, not everyone's asleep." I snapped before picking up a photo of Hazel and I from our wedding." My wife isn't. I know this." I whispered to myself wishing she was right next to me.

    I wish she was safe in my arms and I knew so was our baby. That Bella or Hayden was okay. They had to be okay. Hazel was the toughest woman I ever met and I knew our daughter would be too.

    " Sir, what would you like us to do ?" The guard asked breaking me from my thoughts and placed the frame back down.

    " Do me a favor and find my wife. Check Jane's birthday party. That's the last text I got from Hazel before everything went wrong. Just please find her and call me immediately when you do."

" Will do. Anything else ?"

    I nodded my head." Find out if anyone has seen Audrey and find out if she has a list of demands." I ordered before hanging the phone up.

    I threw it on the desk still feeling sick to my stomach. I couldn't bare to find Hazel hurt or worse. I knew I should have skipped the meeting. I unzipped my jacket feeling hot and a bit lightheaded before sitting down and trying to think again. Problems like this never tripped me up, but Hazel's life being risked caused my head to spin in endless circles.

    " Just one." A voice called out causing me to jump and turn seeing Audrey.

    She smiled innocently, but her new look said otherwise. Her hair was a dark pink and purple while her clothes still held pink, but mostly smeared in black lace.

" I demand my life back."

    " Your life ?" I asked seeing she nodded her head.

    " I have a proposition. I'll wake everybody up
right now...under one...itty-bitty condition, Benny-boo." She giggled dancing her fingers up my arm.

" Audrey, what do you want ?"

    " Make me your Queen, and we'll rule side by side." She answered staring deep into my eyes and holding my cheek in her hand. The way she looked at me was the way she did before and it made me feel guilty knowing I couldn't look at her the same way." I can give you the better life. We can take kingdoms into our hands."

    I slowly placed my hand on her's and took it off my cheek worried about her." Did someone put a spell on you ? Just tell me who and-"

    " You'll what? Marry them?" She snapped glaring at the small mention of Hazel." Have a baby with them?"

" Hazel...she did this to you ?"

    " Yes!" She cheered." The minute she took you from me. The minute she said I do and made you her's ! This is all her fault! Most people get dumped because they aren't good enough. I wasn't bad enough. How do you like me now, Benny-boo?"

    I stared at my ex-girlfriend spinning around in her dark clothes knowing this wasn't who she really was. She could be cold-hearted at time, but she would never try to hurt any of us.

    " I like the old Audrey better. She wouldn't wanna hurt Auradon or Hazel."

    " That's the old Audrey !" She barked." New Audrey is goin to make Hazel suffer !"

    " No !" I yelled not being able to hide the fear in my voice." A-audrey please. Just give me the scepter,
and I'll forgive you."

    She quickly changed the scepter to the other hand and pointed her finger while glaring at me deeply. I gulped seeing the glare in her eyes and knew the evil she possessed was beginning to brew.

" You'll forgive me? I don't think so."

     " Audrey, stop-"

    " Sleeping is too good for you." She admitted when the scepter had coursed through my veins.

    I growled loudly feeling as if everything was on fire. I curled my fist in a ball feeling the sweat take over my body from the sudden change. Bones were breaking and everything else was heightening.

    " Sleeping is too good for Auradon !" Audrey screamed before spinning around and disappearing.

    " N-no." I choked out trying my very best not to phase. I could feel the beast mentality enter my body and knocked down everything from my desk including the wedding picture." H-hazel !"
