Alessia's POV
Haley was currently asleep on the couch after her mental breakdown.
I know she said to not tell Shawn but I'm worried her mental health is just gonna get worse by the day. I'm not gonna tell Shawn all of it because she deserves to tell him, but I am gonna tell him a rough outline of what going on with her.
I went into her bathroom shutting the door so I could call Shawn without her hearing.
I scrolled through my contacts while sitting on the lid of the toilet. Once I found Shawn's contact I clicked on the call button and immediately heard my phone start ringing.
After about the third ring I was about to give up and just end the call but then the ringing was replaced with his voice.
"What's up Alessia?" Shawn said.
"Hey, I'm currently at Haley's house and I think you and her really need to have a deep talk." I said while tapping my foot on the floor.
"We just came back from vacation, I think she's doing pretty good with everything" he said in a annoyed tone.
"Well she just cried to me about the fact that she's jealous about your new music video and the behind the scenes, may I add that it was with the girl that cause you and Haley to breakup in the first place. Shawn, she was hitting her head just trying to make herself maybe forget or punish herself for having this insecurity." I said a little mad that Shawn sounds like he doesn't care.
"Listen Alessia, she needs to realize that her being jealous isn't gonna make me stop being friends with Camila and that she needs to accept that we will always be best friends" he said.
"Shawn all she wants in reassurance! She's not asking you to devote your whole life to you, all she wants is to feel like she's second best!" I said now talking pretty loud because I was getting frustrated.
"I'm on my way to her house now." He said ending the conversation and ending the call immediately after.
I shut off my phone and exited the bathroom.
I walked into the living room to see Haley still fast asleep. I sighed in relief that she didn't hear me talking to Shawn.
While I waited for Shawn to get here I sat at her dinning room table and watched the remainder of toy story that we left on the tv as we talked earlier.
Soon I heard a couple knocks so I rushed to the door so Shawn would stop knocking.
I opened the door fast to be greeted with Shawn wearing a white shirt and sweatpants.
"She's sleeping so I'm gonna leave so when she wakes up you guys can talk" I said staring him strait into the eyes.
"Okay" He said walking into the house as I walk outside.
"Remember, she just wants reassurance that she's not second best. She doesn't want you to end your friendship or anything like that." I said before he shut the door.
