The Madison family were huddling around the house. Liam and Lila were in the kitchen, eating waffles. Liam however was eating rapidly while attempting to tie his shoelace at the same time. Ruby was hopping down the stairs, one by one as she hummed to some muggle tones that her parents had specifically told her not to listen to. Klevin has just finished dress. He kissed his children Goodbye and with that he disapparated to Diagon Alley to a store he owned called 'Madison's Mysteries' Autumn had dressed already as well, she staggered in the kitchen as Liam got up and hugged his mother, gave a sly yet sily smile to his sisters and disapparated to school.

"You know what to do right Lila?" Autumn said.

"Yes mom. Take care of Ruby and make sure she doesn't touch anything magical unless I'm there with her and only call if theres a real emergency." Lila said.

"Excellent Lila" Autumn said and gently kisses Lila's forehead.

"Now, off you go... "

With that she disapparated.

Lila's POV.

I stared at the spot where my mom had just disapparated. I was always taken aback by magic and how astonishing it was.

"Come on Ruby!" I said and hand-motioned her to follow me.

As soon as my feet touched the ground, I felt a cold electric wave pass through my vains, it was probably because I wasn't wearing any socks and my pajamas weren't very 'warm'. It was just a fancy blue and white shirt with matching, golden-spotted pants. It was my favorite pajamas because my mom had it made for me by a famous witch in Paris as a present. I also noticed my hair was quite messy, I hadn't brushed it in a while.

As we stumbled to the stairs which was pass the long hallway and the gigantic dinning room. Our house was so big, our whole family and ancestor's could live in it. It was a three-storie house which was painted in full grey and black, it has approximately 21 windows and 15 doors with 6 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, 1 huge kitchen, 2 dinning rooms, 3 rooms, one for Liam and Ruby and the other for me where we could store wherever we wanted in it, 5 walk-in closets and 4 spare rooms, 1 room with no roof for stargazing and 1 study/game room. It was simply vast and exquisite in my eyes.

Ruby and I were almost at the stairs when I heard the sound of an owl tapping on our mailbox. The owl's that delivered our mail always made a certain noise to inform us when new mail has arrived. The metal and gold on the mailbox also helped us easily hear when the owl's arrive.

"Poppy!" I summoned our house elf.

After a few moments, she appeared.

"Madam Lila has called for Poppy?!" she asked dangled.

"Yes. Poppy would you please take Ruby upstairs to her room and..." I gazed at Ruby's messy outfit in disgust.

"Please change her clothes, if thats not too much for you?" I asked.

"Poppy will do anything for Madam Lila." she said while bowing, fear in her eyes.

I couldn't understand why she was so afraid of me when she knew I was against elf cruelty by all means.

"Poppy... " I pulled her up from her bowing position.

"You do know you don't need to bow everytime we meet or if I ask you to do something, right?"
