What is left?

*6 years later*

My mom went to Thailand and never came back. Her plane was hijacked and she didn't survive...this is all I was told. I still can't forget the day she gave me a teddy bear and when she came to pick me up from my first day at fourth grade. I miss her a lot!

My dad was killed in a fire. I was only four but, I remember how he saved me. I was woken up by my father screaming for me. I got up and went out. I saw him standing in front of the kitchen surrounded with fire. I was so scared, I started to cry, but he calmed me down. He told me to take his mobile and call "911" I did as he told me too...and I never saw him again...

My mom was...no one knows...she probably was too tired to take care me. I don't blame her...I was a hard baby to take care of. She left me when I was two years old. I don't remember her much but dad always told me about her.

After I became an orphan, when my dad passed away I was in the best place ever! I loved the orphanage...we used to have so much fun together. It didn't last for long...I was adopted in the most cruel family ever! I was little so I didn't work as much but, what I got was pretty tough. I had to spend three years there but they send me back because they had some financial issues and couldn't afford me-I mean I was more than happy to leave!

And now, no one wants to adopt me. It's mostly because I'm fifteen, people mostly adopt younger kids...I'm not a kid. I have started school, and I love it! Even though I'm an orphan, I have my best friend here Crystal. Zoe left me...last year, she thought I was too useless. Even, Lily left me...only Crystal stayed. My only friend. And yes...she unfortunately became an orphan. Her mom and my mom were together. I didn't know that until she came here. She never talks about her dad. I did try to ask her but she said she wasn't comfortable so I didn't force ______________________________________
