A Blast from the Past

    Damon walks into Elijah's room, curious to say the least. He locked the door behind him, trying to make sure that Elijah didn't see him. He looks at the other man in the room for a moment before one of them speaks up. "How's Shadowmere?" Elijah asked, trying to start a conversation. "Dead, someone stabbed my fucking vampire horse," Damon responds. He misses his horse, his best friend.

Elijah looks at Damon, kind of pissed. "You're a vampire, what the hell happened to you? You were fine the last time I saw you!" yelled Elijah. Elijah knew that Damon didn't have a particularly good life, but who would have killed him? Damon stares him down, some kind of sadness in his eyes, "Kathryn Pierce, aka Katerina Petrova, I believe you know her. She left my brother, after giving him vampire blood, the came after me. She dragged me back home. Home. The place with my father, the one that wanted to kill me. Yeah well, he got his wish. Katherine fed us to him, and he accepted and shot me and my brother in the stomach." Damon says this with pain, like someone had gotten rid of someone he loved... for good. Of course, it wasn't for good, becoming a vampire meant that the person was still there.

Elijah looked away from Damon with a pure regret in his eyes. "She didn't give me her blood Elijah. Yours was still in my system, as this happened a day or two after I left." This piece of information caught Elijah's attention, he looked up. After a few moments of Elijah glaring into Damon's eyes, albeit it did make Damon a little horny, the younger vampire commented, "If you keep your mouth open, you'll catch a fly with it." That immediately made Elijah shut his mouth. Damon smirked as Elijah looked slightly embarrassed.

"Was that enough information on my vampiric upbringing for you?" Elijah nodded, still seeming kind of droopy.

"Damon, I apologize. I should have noticed that Katerina was up to something. Where is she currently?" he asks, with some sort of demonic look in his eyes, screaming 'KATHERINE KILLED MY PUPPY BEFORE ME'.

"Oh Katherine? She currently rotting in a tomb cursed by witches," Damon slowly chuckles. 'Damn that is one of the sexiest sounds I have ever heard' Elijah thinks. Damon continues talking and Elijah continues listening, "Now off of depressing topics, well possibly, how's your life been?"

Elijah thinks for a second on how to reply, then decides on something semi-snarky, "It's going peachy, I've been on the run from my psychotic brother, who wants to kill me because I left him... how about you?"

Damon responds, feeling kind of sorry for Elijah, "Just being changed to a vampire, having my brother lose his humanity, thus hating me..." Damon pauses and smirks, but also grimaces at the same time, "Twinzies, I guess. He turned into a ripper, yay." This caused Elijah to roll his eyes. A thought pops into his brown hair covered head that no young vampire should have to go through this. "We are more alike than we wish to be, Damon," Elijah says, choosing not to focus on the other person in the room.

After a long silent pause between the both of them, Elijah speaks up, grinning like an idiot, "Why did you lock the door on the way in, Damon?" Damon's cheeks turn a bright shade of pink. "What do you mean?" Damon chooses to respond with, giving him a look that says 'you already know'. Damon looks Elijah up and down, noticing what he's wearing. A nice- expensive- suit with a purple tie. 'Purple is good color on him' Damon thinks.

Before Damon knows it, Elijah is standing right in front of him, his head slightly to the side of his, breathing down his neck. The feeling of sudden warm air causes electricity to flow through Damon, and he shivers. Elijah notices and looks at him. "You know exactly what I mean." Elijah starts sucking on his neck. Damon lets out a soft moan. "Elijah."

I haven't written anything in so long, and I am so sorry. Please leave a comment with some suggestions or any grammar mistakes I might have made, and please leave a rating! I do really want to continue this book, and I have been trying to find the inspiration. I saw that somehow the book had over 300 views and I was amazed. Thank you guys for reading! I will try to actually post something soon. I don't know if anyone is still actually reading this, but... yeah.
