thinking about investing in a journal to help keep me motivated and track what I eat, and make sure I don't go past about 1,100-1,200 calories each day. and then I'll put in my workouts and how much I've burned. but hopefully I'm able to do that. I'm thinking of going today to find something, but I'll see. because I want to change what I do, what I eat, and I just want to feel beautiful and honestly loosing the fat in my stomach will help.

going to sign up for the gym today, and I'm going to buy a notebook thing and hope for the best.
