27: Tanners POV 1

I could hear the ambulance sirens go off and on, off and on.

There wasn't enough time to react. It happened so fast. The impact was so hard, that I thought I was going to break into pieces.

The pain was so excruciating. There was the fast sound of the ripping metal,screeching tires, shattering glass and a scream.

Amelia's bloodcurdling scream.

I felt my body slammed forward against the seatbelt, pieces of shattering glass pierce my arms and my head hit hard against the sterring wheel. My vision was filled with the colour red - blood.

Then the world turned black.

I realized now that dying is easy, and living is hard.

* drip drip drip*

I could hear the iv fluids, I could see... nothing, and I could smell Disinfectant.

I slowly opened my eyes, and I could see my doctor, just staring at me.

I rubbed my eyes to get my vision back. Then I pushed my self up.

"Careful now" he said, writing things down.

"W-what happened?" I asked, I was still confused.

"You were in a car accident" he said not looking up at me.

Car accident? remember Tanner remember.

"Ahhhhhh" Amelia screams. I try to catch her from flying off her seat but everything just happened so fast.

"Amelia! where is she I need to.. I-I need to" I started to shout.

"Please please calm down Tanner, Amelia is having surgery right now" he said calmly, which didn't help the situation I'm in right now.

"Please p-please... I need to see her" I said. A tear escapes my left eye than following with my right.

He looks at me then nods. " Follow me"

"Just wait here" he points to the chair, and I obey.

He walks into the room.

(5 minuets later)

The doctor comes out and motions me to go inside.

My hands shake when I reached her door. The doctor pats my back, signaling it's alright.

I walk inside to see Amelia eating chocolate pudding. Which brought a smile to my face.

She looks at me, with a smile on her face.

"Hey, are you alright" I asked sitting besides her.

She nods her head, and pushes her self up. "What happened?" she asked

I look straight in her eyes and something is different in them.

I could see lust and love?

"Um we were in a-" I got cut off.

"Amelia! god are you okay, I told you not to go" Jai came in with his cousin. I think his name was Jason.

He goes up to her and hugs her.

I look up at her and saw she was weirded out. I mouthed 'what's wrong?'

They break the hug and Amelia starts to speak.

"Who are you?" she asked.

My eyes widen. Did she... did she just say that?
