Day 6: I

HEEWON'S POV

"Let's hang out after school today." I told Wooshin.

"Why? What's the occasion?"

"I couldn't think of anything that starts with an 'I' so I'll treat you out for icecream today."

"You couldn't think of anything? Didn't I list a bunch of stuff I wanted yesterday?"

"I'm not trying to be broke, okay."

"Fine, I'll go."

"I wasn't asking for your opinion in the first place. I was going to make you go either way." I said which made him chuckle.

       After school was over, Wooshin and I went to a icecream shop. When we entered, there was only a few people there.

"So, you're paying right?" Wooshin asked.

"Yep. Get whatever you want."

"Really? Hold up." He said while doing something on his phone.

"What are you doing?'"

"Searching up for the most expensive thing here." He said.

"Wow. So smart." I said sarcastically.

"I'm kidding. I just want a strawberry icecream."

"Hi. What can I get you?" The employee asked.

"Can I get two strawberry icecream?" I said.

"Of course. That would be $5.64." She said.

"Here I'll pay." Wooshin said as he handed her the money.

"No, it's my treat so I'll pay." I said as I grabbed his hand to stop him and handed her my money.

"Stop. I'm the guy here so I have to pay." He said and handed his money to the worker quicker than me.

"I won." He said.

"Sure. For now."

"Are you two together? You two are so cute." The worker said.

"I wish. But no we're not, he's too pretty for me and his fangirls at school would kill me if we we're together. He's really popular as you can tell." I told her.

"Who care about what the others think. You to look good with each other."

"Thanks." Wooshin said out of the bloom.

       As she was handing Wooshin his change. I thought that it was my chance so I quickly hid my $6 in his pocket, since I said that I was going to pay for the icecream. Ha! Look who wins now! Not me because I had to pay, but oh well.

       We got our ice cream and sat down at an empty table outside.

"I have a quetion. Are you close to Wei?" Wooshin asked.

"Kind of. Not that much, it's just that we went to the same school together ever since kindergarten. But we don't talk much."

"If he ever confessed to you, what would you say?"

"He probably wouldn't. But if he did, I wouldn't know what to say. He cute and nice but I don't know him that well and we're not that close, so I wouldn't go out with him unless we become closer."

"But you guys practically know each other your whole lives."

"But he and I are not as close as how you and I are."

"Okay, good."

"What is this? An interview? Let's just eat our icecream." I said.

       After we finished our icecream, Wooshin offered to walk me home. When we arrived, I was about to go inside but Wooshin stopped me.

"Umm...Heewon." he said nervously.

"Yeah?"

"I-I kinda..... nevermind, I'll save it for Friday."

"You don't have to. You can tell me now."

"No I want it to be special so I'll save it for later."

"Okay. Bye. Walk home safe." I said as I went inside.
