Smile's POV
"Wait- how.. where is Aria?"
Kay asks looks at me with a worried expression, 'I can read your mind idiot, you need to rest' I think while look at him, "I don't know but you should really rest" I say before turning back to the door and existing the room.
I slowly shut the door behind me and sigh 'I had one job and it seems like I can't even do that' I clench my fists then relax them before I start walking forward to the main hall when I notice a rather familiar looking face rushing to Kay's room, taken back I start following her but notice she is wearing nurse uniform and I stop walking-' I am overthinking' I sigh and turn back.
Kay's POV
As Smile exists the room the nurse enters after couple of minutes looking slightly out of breath, I look at her confused and she basically runs up to me and touches my forehead. I lift my hand to get her hand away from me but she starts yelling for backup. 'what is happening.. I feel so... tired' I try to keep my eyes closed but the second before they close I notice a tattoo... a sun clan sworn tattoo.. "Sun clan...." I breath out before blacking out.
Smile's POV
I keep walking until I hear shouts for backup and lots of doctors and nurses run past me, 'what the hell', I follow their direction with my eyes and notice that they all enter the room Kay is located at.
"SHIT" I start running and the second I open the door I see that nurse on top of him with her hand on his forehead, I start approaching them but a nurse stops me "sir you can't be here right now, I would like you to leave" I growl "DO YOU KNOW WHO THE HELL AM I?!" the nurse is taken back and let me pass, I push my way to Kay and glance at the nurse, I take her arm and push her away from him "you bitch..." I growl and she looks at me with a shocked expression, "excuse me, do I know you?" she asks, clearly acting innocent
"show me your wrist!" I pull her hand towards me and she yanks it back "guards!" she yells backing away from me, I look around the room and smirk, 'they're all scared of me'
"you really think someone will help a sun clan bitch here?" as I say this I see her expression change to horror, 'busted'.
She tries to punch me and I catch her fist and twist her hand, making her bow down and unable to move "now.. be a good cunt and tell me if you have someone with you.." I look down at her and she spits my way 'disgusting bitch' I throw her over my shoulder and start making my way towards the door, as I get close to the doctors I look back at Kay and see he is covered in sweat "Take care of him" I glance at the main doc and see him nod, I exit the room with the bitch on my shoulder. punching and kicking me.
