{Farkle's POV}
"And I've hated you ever since the beginning. You're this poor girl who thinks so highly of yourself, but guess what, you are not worth ANYTHING. You will never be loved. So give up." I heard Jenny insult Maya and say all these mean stuff to her and saw her walk out to me.
"Hey baby." Jenny put her arms around my shoulders
"You want some macarons?" I grabbed a box of macarons outside of the fridge
"No thanks. I'll just go home." Jenny smiled
"Do you want me to drive you home?" I asked
"It's okay. I can walk from here. Bye babe." Jenny kissed me and left
No, there's no way my sweet Jenny would say these things. Jenny isn't like this. I know her super well, even if I don't like Maya, I don't know why she doesn't like Maya. I decided to keep silent because I don't want to believe that Jenny said something like this.

After I drove Maya home, I went to the park. I sighed at what I'm doing with my life. I try so hard to please my parents, to be the perfect heir. I'm even fake dating someone I hate just so I can show them I'm willing to do anything for the company. I wish I can just stop being afraid and just tell my parents that I don't want to continue fake dating Maya.
Then Maya suddenly texted me.

Sassy Egghead: Don't stop by my house tomorrow. I'm not going to school
Me: Does your mom know?
Sassy Egghead: Nope, and she doesn't need to.
Me: What do you mean?
Me: Maya?
Me: Hello?
Me: Stubborn brat?

"Where's Maya?" Lucas asked me as I walked into school
"She told me to not pick her up today cause she's not coming to school." I said while looking through my phone
"And you didn't ask why?!" Riley looked at me weirdly
"I did. She ignored me." I told her
"What did you do to her?" Riley sighed
"I actually didn't do anything! I swear!" I put my hands up as if I surrendered
"Come on, let's just finish school then go search for Maya." Riley said and walked into Mr. Matthew's class
