Chapter 13

Keanu and I (and my bags and guitar) got into his car. We pulled out of his garage and onto the road. We sped down the highway and reached the hotel.

Caden was waiting outside with Ben and Xavier.

We parked the car and met up with them.

"Thank god you're finally here," Caden sighed, "Reeves is supposed to help us?"

I nodded.

"He played John Wick as a role. He knows him better than any of us. If someone knows where Wick is, it has to be Keanu."

"I'd assume he's in Manhatten by now," Keanu said.

"Manhatten?! But he just left a minute ago!" Caden screeched.

"Knowing Wick like I do, he's on a plane. Everyone probably thinks he's me, or maybe he's keeping his head down."

"Then we need to get on a flight," I crossed my arms.

"I would love to help.. but I have to stay," Keanu replied sadly.

"It's ok, I have your number and I can text you if we need help," I smiled at him.

I looked and Caden, Ben and Xavier.

"Let's go find Wick."

We had managed to get four tickets to Manhatten. When we got there I'd have to buy some guns and knives.

If we were gonna be finding Wick, I need to protect my friends.

We arrived and immediately got our things and drove to a hotel.

"Wick could be anywhere," I groaned, "Manahatten is a big city."

We got out of our taxi and checked in.

"How are we gonna find him?" Xavier asked.

We all shrugged.

"We walk the streets of Manhatten," I suggested, "Besides, I need to get some things. If we're finding Wick we need protection."

"Nice idea Y/N," Ben praises.

We set our things down in our hotel room, then raced to the streets.

"We need to go to a... store..." I said.

"Uh, ok," Caden had a funky look on his face, "That was weird."

I led them through the sidewalks till we got to a liquor store.

"Y/N, now is not the time to get liquor," Xavier was annoyed.

I shook my head and walked in.

"Greetings miss, would you like some tastings?" one of the workers asked.

"I would love some."

He eyed me, not sure what I was going for.

"What types are you looking for..?"

"Something bold, and unique," I responded.

His eyes widened a bit.

"Oh, you're looking for those kinds of tastings," he mused, "Follow me."

I signaled Xavier, Ben and Caden to stay.

I followed the man to the back.

"You say you're looking for something bold..." he took a few guns off the shelf.

He handed them to me.

"Will these do the trick?"

I tested them out, getting into multiple positions to see how it felt.
