A couple weeks later

The sky had finally darkened enough for the sign on the front to be lit. I knew the party would start soon, so I rushed back to my room to get ready. I had already showered and done my makeup, so I was currently going through my three outfit choices I had laid out on my bed when I heard a knock on my door. I walked over and opened it to see my mom standing there.

"Hey baby, why aren't you ready? The party started nearly half an hour ago." She said while walking in.

Shutting the door behind her, I turned to see her eyeing the outfits I had on my bed. "I can't decide which one to wear." I stated with a shrug of my shoulders.

"You're really trying to catch someone's attention aren't you?" She said, a knowing smirk on her face.

"Ma, I don' know wha' you're talking 'bout. Don't be ridicu-" I tried replying before she cut me off.

"Saoirse Rose, don't you go trying to sass me baby, I know when you're lying. Plus, even though some will say I'm biased," She said as she nudged me lightly, "you don't need to try and impress others, you already do."

She lightly patted my arm before walking over to my bed, grabbing an outfit and handing it to me. "You should wear this one, trust me. I'll see you out there, no more than 10 minutes or I'll send the guys in after you." She stated, before leaving me to finish getting ready. I got dressed, then pulled on my heeled booties before walking out of my door and locking it behind me.

When I got into the main area of the clubhouse, the party looked to be like any typical Friday night. The guys for the most part were playing pool or darts and Piney was at the bar like usual while some, i.e. Tig and Bobby, already had their arms wrapped around one or more croweaters. I rolled my eyes, 'These boys never change', I thought to myself while walking over to talk to my mom, Kip, and Piney at the bar.

"Hey Ma, hey Piney," I said kissing both her and Piney's cheeks. "Half Sack, get me a whiskey sour please."

He smiled and nodded, a minute later placing my drink in front of me, "Here you go Ro. Just flag me down when you need another." He added before walking off down the bar.

I turned back to Piney and Ma, and to no surprise got dragged into a conversation I didn't want to have at the current time.

"So Sweetheart, when are you gonna get married and start adding to the SAMCRO-Teller legacy like your brother? Speaking of him, where is he Gem?" Piney bluntly asked, causing me to choke on my drink and start coughing.

Gemma sat there holding back laughter. "He's home cleaning and setting up the nursery, Abel should be good to come home in a month or two max." She said with a smile while patting my back as I tried to catch my breath and stop coughing.

"Why does if/when I have children concern you, old man? And Jax isn't even married anymore." I shot back incredulously to the man who was like another father figure to me.
