After arriving at St. Thomas, Saoirse walked with Jax up to the NICU. They updated Gemma who then went back inside to continue reading to Abel.
"You find the guy yet?" Elliot Oswald questioned as he walked up.
The siblings shook their heads, "We need more information to find this guy." Jax said.
"She doesn't remember much after the ride. Just keeps staring out the window, she's still in shock." Elliot said tiredly.
Saoirse nodded, "Can I talk to her?"
Elliot turned to the girl with a confused expression. "Why do you want to talk to her?" He questioned.
Saoirse gave a sad smile to Elliot and gestured for Jax to go visit with his son, waiting for him to walk away before speaking. "I figured since I used to babysit her, that she might talk to me. That and I went through a similar situation almost 3 years ago when I first got to Ireland. Having someone who went through a similar situation to talk to may help her and help us get the information we need to help you." She explained.
Elliot contemplated what she said before he nodded his head, told her the room number before tuning and walking away to find his wife.

I stepped into the dimly lit room, causing Tristen to look away from the window. "Hey sweetie, how're ya feelin? I guess there's a lot of people asking you questions." I said.
Tristen grabbed her phone and started texting "My mom said to text her if anyone tried t-" she tried saying but I gently stopped her, grabbing her phone and setting it on the table by her bed.
"It's okay Tris, don't ya remember me? I used to babysit you over the summer when you were little." I said quietly, Tristan looked up and nodded at me.
"I always wondered why you stopped coming by, mom wouldn't tell me though. I see you made it into the boys club." She joked half-heartedly, pointing to my kutte.
I laughed and nodded before turning serious. "She told me everything, I am so sorry that happened to you." I said while sitting on the edge of her bed, holding out my hand for her to take if she wanted.
"She told you?" Tristian asked, her voice a tad unsteady but showing slight signs of relief as she slipped her hand into mine. I sighed and nodded, struggling to hold myself together.
"Don't worry Tris, everything will be okay, and you are not alone. You want to know how I know that?" I asked, and she nodded her head. I broke eye contact briefly so she wouldn't see my eyes welling up with tears.
"I went through a situation much like the one you went through a little over three years ago, when I first started traveling through Ireland. I wished I would've had people to talk to about it because it's not good to bottle it up, but I was on my own at the time so I had to pretend like it didn't happen. I'm here to tell you that you don't have to do that." I explained, squeezing her hand lightly. She nodded and proceeded to tell me everything, my heart sunk as she did.
When she had finished I gently took both of her hands in mine. "I know how you're feelin', and I want ya to know that what happened does not define who you are as a person. If you ever need someone to talk to, you can call or text me." I said, letting go of her hands and grabbing her phone to add my contact in case she ever needed a listening ear. She gave me a hint of a smile as I got up, and I waived goodbye and walked out of the room, and then out the hospital doors to take a smoke break.
