There was a light tap on my shoulder and the real world came back to me. Patrick was standing up beside me and Shane was bouncing on his tipppy toes.  "We're here." Patrick said. I followed him and Shane out into the crowded air port.  We stopped for a restroom break. I used the restroom then went out side. I figured Shane and or Patrick would be waiting for me, neither of them were. I decided to wait since I had no where else to go. After 10 minutes on my watch I asked the next guy to go into the bathroom to yell there names and see if they respond.  The guy came out and said that they weren't in there.

I started to panic. I reached into my pocket looking for my cell phone, it wasn't there. Crap! I had left my phone in my backpack... which Shane was so conveniently carrying. I didn't even know what city we were in. I started to look around the airport, I realized we were in Ohio. I was still wandering around when I saw a familiar black shirt and cackys dash through a door and into the parking garage. I ran after him, and I was soon in the almost empty parking garage. My ears twitched listening hard, but there wasn't a sound to hear or a sight to see.

Slowly walking up and down the aisles I saw a toe of a converse sticking out behind a tire of a red seedan. I tip-toed and then jumped around the corner of the car. Shane had already taken off but he was still in sight. I ran full speed, which is pretty fast. Soon I almost had him an arms length away but I couldn't grab him and I was starting to slow down, he wasn't.  I had only a few more seconds before we reached the door to the crowded airport where I would for sure lose him. Without even thinking I leaped in the air, my hands locking right under his belly button pulling him down to the ground. " Damn it!" I heard him exclaim under his breath.

" What the hell!? Why did you guys leave me!" I full out yelled at him. "Well done on test 2." Patrick calmly said coming around the corner. These stupid tests! "How many more test's do I have to go through!?" I demanded from them. "Luckily, you've completed all your beginning tests. So no more for now." Shane said pulling out car keys, and passing them to Patrick. We climbed into a Grey Ford Flex, and then headed off through a heavily forested area. No houses were around us. "When do I get to know exactly whats going on?" I asked from the back seat. "When we get to Joeden, it's Shanes job to explain everything to you." Patrick said, turning down a dirt road that was barely visible from the main street. "This is how we get to the school?" I asked yet another question, no one responded.

Soon we were at a beautiful dark green gate with a guard station in front of it. Patrick pulled out an I.D and showed it to the guard who smiled and let us through. I was awe struck. We were still driving down the dirt road but it was beautiful. There where amazing green trees lining the sides of the roads, and pink and white flowers going down the middle of the path, separating each side. Shane turned around in his seat and smirked at my face. Somehow the air felt... different then anywhere I have ever been before.

Continuing down the road I saw a Dark green sign like the gate that said "Welcome to Joeden Academy" in white letters. Next came an immense white building with big, dark green doors that were hanging wide open. " This is the main office. Its where all the teachers, the headmaster, and the counselors have offices." Shane said pointing out the window. "Whats a counselor?" I wondered aloud. "Add that to your list of questions to ask later." Was all he said.  The road split off into a fork road. "Off to the right is the shopping square. It's where you will buy everything you need for the next year. On the left side is the cafeteria." Shane explained again. I noticed that on the right side there were tons of little buildings but on the left it was just one huge building.

The road continued and also veered off, but we kept going straight. "If you were to turn off there you would have come to the classrooms, and the rest of the campus. But we're going straight since that is where the housing area is." He said. About thirty seconds down the straight road was the coolest thing I have ever seen. Straight ahead was an immense circle of bright green grass which had on it a beach volleyball quart, soccer goals, a baseball field, basketball quarts, and a bunch of free space. Everything was so close, but yet far enough away where all the games had space.Jutting off of the big circle was six more paths. On the end of each path was a circle of about twenty or so cabins.

"In the middle here is called the grand field. Going off in six directions are the housing rings. Each one has about 24 houses that are split into two different living areas. There are six because there are six years of kids. The paths go in order from one to six. You can also tell by the signs at the front of the roads." Shane explained to me. I noticed the signs for road one and road five bothsaid 1&5. The car turned down the official road 1 and turned into the third cabin on the right. "I Have to hurry." Patrick rushed us. I jumped out of the back seat, my legs cringing from the weight of my body, and the time they haven't been used. All I had was my back pack, which Shane was carrying so I was good.Patrick hurriedly sped away.We headed up to the first door, number 6. "Welcome home!" Shane said with a genuine smile as he pushed open the door.

The first part of the cabin ( that's what i'm going to call it) was a little alcove that had a small couch and a mini TV. On the left side of the room was a petite kitchen and a white table with four chairs. Down the middle was a hall. At the end of the hall was a bathroom and on each side of the bathroom was two doors. The door on the right said "Shane" in dark blue letters while the other door said 'Sara" in purple letters. "Check out your room then meet me in the living room in ten minutes." Shane said, opening his door and disappearing. I slowly opened my door. My room was one word. Perfect.

The carpet was bright white, the walls were sky blue with cream trimmings. On the far wall is my favorite quote in cream lettering, "Live as if you will die tomorrow. Dream as if you will live forever." Under the quote is my queen sized bed with a cream cover that had the words "sweet dreams" in fancy, sky blue writing. Against the back wall was a white desk, a window, and a purple desk chair. Against the wall where the head of my bed is there is a tall white wardrobe with purple trim, and a long dresser with purple knobs. On the wall with my bed was a white book case and fluffy white chair.

I heard Shane yell from the living room, "Its been ten minutes!" I sadly opened my door and disdainfully left my room. "Coming!" I pattered down the hall and into the living room where i plopped onto the couch, right next to Shane. Before I could say anything he cut me off, "Ok I have a ton to explain! So you need to listen really well and ask questions when I pause.Ok?" I nodded quickly so he would go on with it.

"Well-"
