I opened the door slowly, and Allen was standing there with his hands in his pockets. He was wearing dark jeans and a red plaid collared shirt, and his red shoes. He was wearing a delicious cologne that smelled like mint. I was so glad Shane had already left. I settled into step with him and I let my hand slip down to my thigh. He grabbed it as soon as I dropped it. Instead of heading towards the cafeteria he pulled me towards the back of the first years cabins. He stopped in front of cabin number 21. "Stay right here." He said giving my hand a squeeze. He ran inside the door and came back out with a basket. "Picnic sound good?" He asked with the cutest smile. "Amazing!"  "Good!" He said this time putting his arm around me. Instead of going towards the grand field, were I thought we would go, he lead me behind his house. "Now don't tell anyone... were not supposed to be here. But it is a perfect place for a picnic." I nodded and laughed as we walked into the Forrest.  Soon we couldn't see the houses. After we passed through a few more trees we came to a beautiful green clearing. He put down the basket and opened it up pulling out a blanket matching his shirt and laying it on the soft ground. We sat down and he pulled out Delicious looking sandwich's and a bag of chips. "Do you know how hard it was to sneak this out of the cafeteria?" He smirked at me. " I can only guess." I said. We talked and laughed for a while longer as we finished eating. I already felt like I had known him forever. He scooted closer to me and wrapped one of his arms around my waist. "You don't mind do you?"  "No not at all." I cuddled up closer to him and laid my head on his chest.

We stayed until it was almost dark and then packed up and headed back home. He put the basket by his front door, and then continued to walk with me.  "Hold it, one second." I let go of his hand and then ran into my house, Shane wasn't there. I went back to the front porch, "You want to come in?" He smiled and nodded and jumped up next to me, slipping his arm around my waist again. We sat down and turned on the little TV, Finlay settling on an old sitcom. I heard Shane walking outside the house. "Oh, crap! You got to go!" I stood up really quickly and pushed him towards the door. "Wait! Shane's out there. OK I;m going to go distract him. You sneak out. I will see you tommorow?" I gave him a quick hug. "Ummm ya sure." Allen said unsurely but then gave me a kiss on the cheek. I ran outside just as Shane was coming up the front stairs. "Shane!!!!!!" I ran from the house and jumped on him knocking him down. "What the hell!?" He said as I landed on top  of him on the dusty ground. He pushed me off his stomach really hard and I hit the railing leading up to our house. "OW!" I saw Allen sneak off and blow me kiss."I'm sorry." Shane said helping me up. "You scared the shit out of me." "I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to.... I was running then tripped down the stairs and landed ontop of you." I lied to him. "Uh-huh." He said raising an eyebrow but shrugging it off anyways.

I headed into my room, and got into bed. I lied there for a while thinking about Allen, Shane, and everything else. I woke up to a light tapping on my window. I groggily looked through it and saw Allen standing there waving with a silly looking facial expression. I held my hands up and cocked my head in a shrug position. Then he made the hand movement like come here. I shut the blinds and slipped on shorts and a tank top running my hands through my hair. Shane was in the bathroom so I just went straight out the front door. Allen was waiting right in front of the door. "Want to grab some breakfast?" I laughed at him, and he lost his smile for a moment but then it came back. "You woke me up for this?" "Yes I did!" He grabbed me into a hug, his arms locked around my lower back.  We rocked back and forth and then suddenly the door whizzed open. I heard someone clear there throats and Allen stepped away quickly tripping over his own feet. I looked up into a confused but stern face of Shane. He had his arms crossed and he was standing really close to me, our chests almost touching. "Who's that?" He said glaring at Allen and pointing one finger. I took a step back, "A friend." Shane raised his eyebrows, but then slipped back inside the door whispering quietly "I'm watching you." I looked at Allen with a nervous laugh, he had his hands in his pockets and was whistling lightly.
