A Family (Clem x Lou)

7~ Birth

Clementine awakens to see herself on top of the dark-skinned hunk she called her lover.

"Louis, wake up!"

Clementine is now 9 months pregnant, and the baby could be coming any day now. And that just made the poor girl on edge like no tomorrow.

"Nnnngh... babe, it's not coming yet. Just relax-" Louis muffled into the pillows, interrupted by his face being cupped into two small hands.

Their faces collided in a heated kiss. Louis began moving his hands down south, but was quickly stopped.

"I see you're awake now. Breakfast is ready, we don't want it to get cold."

Louis and Clem arrive at the benches, to see two bowls of cold food waiting for them.

"Dammit Lou, see?" Clem groaned, "we're late!"

"Come on, honey, this is a good thing! It's like a date!" Louis smirked. Clementine rolled her eyes and began devouring her food. This whole "eating for two" thing was really intense for her. In under a minute, Clem had finished her meal. But her stomach was still growling. She looked at her stomach that was growing life inside of it and patted it in a comforting manner. Louis passed his food to his darling. "You need it more than me" he smiled. "Gee, did violet tell you that?" Clem remarked, remembering what they put poor Louis through. Lately, they've become more understanding and supportive of him, though.

When Clementine finished her second meal, she looked down at the ground, focusing on building up her words.
"Watcha thinking about?" Louis inquired.
"Well, don't most people with kids get... married?" Clem shyly replied.

Before Louis could even stutter a response, a Splatter hit the ground.

"Lou... Lou! My water broke!" Clem shouted.

Louis stared in horror in panic, and began frantically shouting for everyone to come out to the courtyard.

As everyone was shuffling out, a loud gunshot went off.

"Goddammit... someone out there's trying to kill us all! Every walker within a 10 mile radius must've heard that!" Violet raged.

"We'll deal with it later, just help us get Clem to a safe spot to give birth" Ruby stated.

Just hearing "give birth" made Clem begin to freak out. Louis gripped her hand to comfort her, and helped her to the nurse's office.

They made a plan: Ruby and Louis helped Clem, the rest of the kids fight off the walkers.

Clem went into labor, and was screaming in agony. The sight of his world in so much pain broke Louis's heart.

Suddenly, a walker broke through the window and managed to climb in. He jumped on top of Clementine, who was too weak to fight back. But before the walker could chatter his teeth, Louis knocked him to the ground and strangled him.

Because of Clem's shouts, there was too much noise, drawing too many walkers.

"The only way to keep us safe is if Louis goes out and helps fight." Ruby says.

Clem argues and fights, and even Louis is hesitant, but it's the only way to keep their new life safe. So Clem goes through labor by herself, apart from Ruby.

But just when she was giving her final push, Louis bursted through the door, giving her one final handhold before she became a mother.

"It's a girl!"

Okay this is so bad. Truth is, I had no inspiration for this part. But people were asking for a next part and y'all were being so supportive of this I felt like I had to 🥺 So here I am at 2 am writing this to try and please the masses. I know it's sloppy, I'm sorry! I wanted to post it ASAP, so I only reviewed it once.
