AFTER GETTING OFF THE group chat, Reece decides to FaceTime Teagan. It had been awhile since they last seen each other due to Reece having to go back to England. He thought it would be a convenient time to talk to her.
"What's up, babe?" Teagan answers immediately. Reece watches her try to get comfortable on her bed before saying anything. He didn't want to catch her off guard.
Being the adorable boyfriend Reece is, he begins rambling, "I just wanted to make sure that you're okay after the whole group chat thing. I just don't want you to be uncomfortable. I can get the boys to stop saying those things if you'd like." Teagan smiles and starts to laugh at her boyfriend's cuteness.
"It's not big deal! I'm not bothered by it! Are you though is the real question," she simply states with a raised eyebrow. She knew Reece well enough to see it had triggered something.
Reece's face turns a light pink as the words fall from Teagan's lips. He had been caught. He couldn't stop thinking about his future with Teagan, and the boys were fully aware of this. Not even looking at the screen, he responds, "I mean, I don't know." That reply wasn't good enough for Teagan.
"Oh cut the crap, Bibby! I know you're lying!" She teases in a playful manner, making sure Reece knew she wasn't mad.
Reece looks down, trying to muster up the courage to admit how he truly felt. "It's just I can't stop thinking about how life will be. Think about it, one day we could be married and I'm honestly wanting it to happen. I can't imagine not being with you."
Reece notices the tears building up in Teagan's eyes and immediately panics. "Oh my God! Please don't cry! I didn't mean to make you cry!"
Teagan laughs and wipes the tears that escaped her eyes. "You didn't make me upset, Reece. They're happy tears! No boy has ever put in this much effort and it makes me realize I want to spend the rest of my days with you! Just please don't leave me."
His eyes sadden at her words. He is the first boyfriend who has treated her right. He made it his job to be the last. He knew he was going to marry her.
"Don't worry, I'm not going to ever leave," he cracks a smile, making a smile form on his girlfriend's face.
