I found myself in purgatory
Reaching, seeking, wanting more
Behind the closed and open doors
Just Shrodingers cat
Sometimes dead and cold
Maybe still alive and warm.I found myself in the cracks of the road
Tendrils of life clinging to broken pieces
Beauty blooming where scars were left behind
Just trying to taste the lightI found myself amongst the stars
Reorganizing the stardust into new constellations
Wavering on the edge of a black hole
A gleaming supernova
Waiting to burstI found myself in a forest fire
Set ablaze everything that once was
Creeping up through the ashes
Trying to become something newI found myself in you
Walls built up so high
Giants couldn't climb them
A hole in your soul so big that the whole world couldn't fill it
And still we breathe
